    Yes we did. And if you can find me a definition of "song" that doesn't specifically mention the inclusion of lyrics I'll change my mind. And of course it's just semantics but I'm bored.

    Condiering the only that separates "song" from just "music" is the lyrics, it would only make sense that "songwriter" is distinctive from general "composer" because of writing words along to the music. How about Composer = music Lyricist = words Songwriter = words + music

    I love how reading comments and stuff it's kinda a big deal whenever you hear something that actually sounds English, like the "asking" in CE's verse. Also, Showbiz <3

    I always thought he sounded pretty American when singing anyways, if you could define it.

    Maybe that's why I've never had a problem with that pronunciation.

    Quality's a hard thing to measure in general. It's a factor in the sales, cause obviously if only one person in the world liked an album you could predict that album's sales would be low. But in practice it's not usually that simple. You have things like context, how many people liked this album compared to the other. Or something like a pop album might have a lower percentage of people that like it,but the numbers still make the sales higher than a more obscure album that might have a greater percentage of fans. Then in trying to quantify those and explain the quality points you just end up pulling back to the other factors like promotion and accessibility and timing, things that are more concrete.

    But for example, last tour was pretty hated from the fanbase but still managed to get good attendance rates and a lot of new fans just for the way the band put themselves out there. Albums vs. concerts I know but it's all I can think of right now.
