    As for bass, I can mostly say that you need to mute the strings you're not playing more. It's hard to hear because you don't use the line-in. I prefer to use the fifth fret rather than an open D string for example. You can check

    Funnily enough I kinda find it lacking the synthy goodness it had around say, 2004... however I think more of it is actually bass now and less backingtrack/synths.
