well if his guitar was to cut out at least the harmonics would still be there
-
you can tell nowadays they are less prominent, listen to the guitarist
-
not any more, he plays them live now
-
the second song sounds cool
-
ooh sorry, was to Nav, you posted just before me
-
sounds pretty cool, not a fan of the singers voice though, but instrumentally it sounds good
-
yeah, and plug in baby, b&h and assassin with the mirror one, but that has been modified for this tour i guess. the other kaoss guitar doesn't get a lot of use...
-
yeah i know what you mean, maybe he uses the sustainer for it (i'm 99% sure he doesn't haha) maybe it's set up to compensate for the drop C or maybe he just likes the guitar and wants to use it. he does tend to use that one for a lot of songs which don't involve the KP
-
could explain his tone
-
bells in C morello in B
-
it says in the EQ mag scan anyway...
-
i prefer the -1 to the +1 to be honest, i'd try and go the whole way if i were you. would be a cool thing to have.
-
yeah its worth a go
-
priceless
-
no not at all. just surprised that you came up with that so quick, and that you were helping someone out did it feel good?
-
ooh really?
-
have you got something you could slow the song right down with, its a bit fast to pick out perfectly in normal speed.
-
sadly i'm on a mac and don't have paint, haha and to be honest i don't think i'd stand too much chance and coming up with anything accurate for you.
-
nope definately all 3, i always find i can here the -1 more predominantly.
-
There's a demo posted earlier in the thread, i think it sounds close than any of that flange shit. edit: ok the file is no longer valid
-
-1 and +1 i think it dances around a bit. if you used a midi sequencer with that set up right then there's no need for the pointless flange sequencer because there is no flange in that song
-
not really anything like it though is it really
-
in MOTP?
-
yeah, the octave changes, you could set a whammy with a midi sequence like someone on here has done.
-
hmm i don't think it's anything like what is used in MotP. The only similarity would be the step sequence factor, but there is a lot more going on in MotP.
