great read - and yeah, I was wondering if Tim built that one or not.

Yeah, his builds look great - the only reason I got the quilt tele over his stealth LP jr is because I don't find the built in FFs very useful.

There's also this, which looks pretty nice.

i believe this was Tim's too, not 100%

i'm guessing the top horn knob is the fretless volume

yeah, he built that one - i'd asked him about it a while back when i was trying to decide between that and the quilt tele. it has the "S" on the truss rod cover, which is the only logo the stark bass has.

have you played the stealth LP DC? I'm more curious about the sound than anything else - he told me about the pickup a while back, but i don't remember what he said exactly. nothing specific though. it's supposedly a more meaty MQ.

i bet it sounds amazing, but the wood probably contributes to it.

Very nice, The whammy bar looks out of place, mainly because of the colour and size.

Euughh that guitar looks horrible to me, the shape looks faaaar too square or something, dont really like the finish, and the tremolo looks stupid too. :vomit:

The neck looks fucking sweet though, And yeah, I'll give you that the grain looks nice, but that's about it for me

yeah, i don't think i've seen a flame ash top on a guitar before - looks great.

musecasters (or rust_relic), next time you go to mansons, maybe give this guitar a try? not sure if you already tried the stealth LP DC, but i'm pretty curious about them.

will do. not tried the Stealth LP but i'm sure it's amazing, i tried Tims bass last year and i'm no bass player but it felt really good, on a par with Chris's blue Pedulla i'd say

GAY?!? You couldn't get your pussy fingers around that fretboard strung with CABLES and it's Gay?!?!?

Well, yeh I suppose it's a bit flamboyant, but I really like the top :$

ha!!

i love the grain but hate the shape (looks like a starfish having a stretch) and not a fan of bass guitars with more than 5 strings, but i guess it's just me

It's more the fact you should just get a normal guitar and a whammy pedal than a 6 string bass. then you can be pro AND get laid.

I have 2 six string basses and a girlfriend, but i'm not a pro and I never get laid. Maybe you just solved my problem?

Well you know how they say your bass/guitar is your cock extension? then the Whammy is the extension to your cock extension, and NO woman can resist such an extended piece of hardware.
