But the way TaB ends can't be topped in terms of epicness and enormity.

Koc is a good rival. But i read somewhere that Dom don't like it as a closer because the song is too demanding for him, so he prefers Knights early in the set before he got tired.

In the end, i don't care the place of TaB as long as they play it.

I'm starting to gravitate toward TaB following up lingering distortion. If there were some great post-survival riffs, I think it could be sweet.

Survival closing an encore, then the band leaves to feedback and darkness on stage, then the synth tab intro starts, making a single song encore. Win-win situation

This was what I was thinking. Would be shweeeeeeeet

Explorers is better closer than Starlight. If you want to end a gig with a quiet song, do it properly.

Explorers or Hoodoo could be good to end a gig in the quiet way. While Blackout or Invincible are slow songs that could end a gig with a brutal solo a la Confortably Numb.

Nah man

Sure, Starlight left me half empty, wondering, what now? You expect something more after that. I even like the song before the stadium tour.

Explorers is a quiet lullaby that put people in relaxing mood, not a bad choice if you want to end that way. Even Matt could say Gooo tooo sleeep, the gig is over, thanks!

Of course i prefer Survival/Knights to end a gig, but i will respect a properly quiet ending, Starlight left you in the middle of nowhere
