Shellty Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Xaverri, denise3112, yes, I understand. It's risky. I even don't know, what I would do, if I were in your place, because the system of ordering is really very stupid. So good luck to all of you "They will not force us They will stop degrading us They will not control us We will be victorious!" And as for me, I hope to buy my ticket on Wednesday. It will be my first Muse concert, and I have been waiting for it for 3 years. I still can't beleive that it's true
AnnaDzhar Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 There is any chance to see you in Bulgaria ??? We are waiting for you for a long time. I just want more !!! I want to see Muse in Bulgaria !!!
Xaverri Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 And as for me, I hope to buy my ticket on Wednesday. It will be my first Muse concert, and I have been waiting for it for 3 years. I still can't beleive that it's true Your first is always going to be special! So glad for you It would be my brother's first as well. I can't wait for Wednesday to come and hopefully get more information! And yes, we won't give up!
Maksa_Planka Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 it's very scary to pay for the tickets and not have them in hand oh, I tried so hard to persuade myself not to go too paranoid on this one I was concentrating on the thought that everything's gonna be alright and the agency should be trusted blahblahblah. but now that I see I'm not alone... maybe it's really better to have my ticket delivered. although I don't have to go a very long way to SPb. but not getting a ticket in the end would be a really disappointing experience.
denise3112 Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 hello Maksa-Planka I would definitely encourage you to get your tickets delivered or go and get them because even a trustworthy agency can make mistakes which can be difficult to rectify on the day of the concert. It's happened to me. And at the back of your mind there is always that doubt. On a different note I think there every possibility there will be the 3 towers --- there has been so far as I know (though my knowledge is not exhaustive!! ) for all the other Arena concerts.I am assuming it is an indoor arena. Also the tickets are on the whole expensive enough to warrant them transporting the towers. Most of the ticket categories are much more expensive in the Russian concerts than they have been in the other arena concerts that I have been to. anyway good luck !
divermaria Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 This is great. The prices are so high, however. Anyone is going? I would if i had the chance....

It's happened to me. And at the back of your mind there is always that doubt. thank you! you're absolutely right, mistakes can happen. and yes, I hope so much that it won't be the festival stage! but I'm not sure that those high prices guarantee us the towers... you know, Moscow and St Petersburg are sort of overpriced cities... in so many ways. it's not only gigs.
Xaverri Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Okay, it is Wednesday. I am glad I reserved tickets, as I see the fan-zone is for now sold-out! I have reserved 2x tickets for pickup, and 2x tickets under delivery (by changing my country to Russia ). I have e-mailed the agency again with the question if they can deliver one of the orders, and how much it's going to cost. If they don't reply then I guess I'll be forced to call them. Did they get back to you like promised, Maksa_Planka? I also haven't heard from their manager that is supposed to give me the account details. so we're still in the same situation Anyone else got any new information? Or have received tickets already? Would love to hear from more people! x
Maksa_Planka Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Did they get back to you like promised, Maksa_Planka? no, they didn't! oh, that agency freaks me out I think I'll have to call them again. but happily, I've got my Moscow ticket already!!
Kirsberry Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Hey Xaverri! And others.. Have u thought that u can go to a travel agency, that arranges travels to St. Petersburg in your city/country and speaks russia and/or have staff in St. Petersburg, and ask their help?? Ask them to help u and say that u ´ll book your flights/travel from their agency for this trip, if they succeed to get your tickets! I did this and now my travel agency´s employee is picking my reserved tickets up with my puchase order id.. That employee will send my tickets to my travel agency and then I´ll pay them.. I hope!! Nothing is still sure for now, they promised to call, and I´m waiiitiiing..

Nothing is still sure for now, they promised to call, and I´m waiiitiiing.. WOW, that's a BRILLIANT idea! I might do that if this doesn't work out. See my brother and I would rather arrange our own flights and hotel to keep it as cheap as possible, but if I still get no answer then that might be a very good option for us. Ugh Maksa, no response still? And you're even Russian! :o I'm glad you got your Moscow tickets, did they deliver those or did you just go out and buy them? It's the same agency, isn't it? Just a different webshop? x
MistyJuly Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I reserved 3 tickets for pick up. I have sent two emails but they haven't replied. I think I have to call them...
denise3112 Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I have done exactly the same as you ! Also i have re-sent my e-mails and attached a Russian translation ( just an internet translation) Fingers crossed ........
Xaverri Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 It's frankly quite ridiculous that they don't reply. I'll keep sending them an e-mail at least once a day but I'm afraid that they just don't care about foreigners since they seem to be doing fine on sales in St. Petersburg and the direct surroundings. I wish we could get this across to Muse management to see if maybe they could make things a bit more clear for the foreign-fans, but I don't think they'll could change anything as well. It's all the organiser/agency that's making this so difficult. I still have my tickets reserved, thankfully, so I hope that when I don't get a reply today, or tomorrow, that I can do it through a Russian-specialised travel agency like Kirsberry did. Thanks for all the replies so far!
VanySwan Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Russia's been waiting for them for years and finally they've decided to come back)) But the prices...they really suck.. And it's a real madness around the tickets, cause there are too many people, who want to watch the concert from fan zone and there are no tickets left already. And when they appear again--then a battle begins XDD

And when they appear again--then a battle begins XDD Yes, prises in Moscow are really very high. I was shocked, when I had seen them for the first time. And I bought my ticket! An hour by the ticket window, and it was mine! Xaverri, it's strange, that they don't answer your message...
Xaverri Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 When I checked this morning there were no tickets left for fan-zone 1, now when I check the tickets are back up again.. Weird! I mailed them again. I'm at work now so I can't call them but I really hope they mail me back as I'm scared of calling :S Afraid they don't understand me at all and just hang up... Glad people got some tickets already! Hope to see you all there on the 20th
MistyJuly Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Ok...so, I just called to the ticket agency. They said it's definitely not possible to get the tickets delivered and NOT possible to pay them via bank transfer and pick them up at the venue. She actually said that only way to get the tickets is to go to St Petersburg. Idk, it was weird, I'm not sure if she really understood what I was trying to ask . She just kept saying 'maybe you should buy the tickets later', as if it would help somehow .

Or how could you pay tickets via bank transfer? I'm almost sure, they just didn't understand you...
Xaverri Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Looks clear to me what they said. They don't need foreign money to fill the venue so they're not going to bother with it. I'm gonna give them one more day to reply to me, and else I'm gonna try the travel-agency option. It's just plain bad business if you don't get back to potential clients, even if it is with a negative answer. At least just reply! x
MistyJuly Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 And what did you want to know? Is the delivery in other countries possible? Or how could you pay tickets via bank transfer? I'm almost sure, they just didn't understand you... Both of those things. I don't know...she sounded like she understood, but she kept asking help from someone else, so maybe she didn't really know what she was talking about. I would do what Kirsberry suggested, but I don't think I have money to book the whole trip from some travel agency, it's so much more expensive.
Maksa_Planka Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Ugh Maksa, no response still? And you're even Russian! :o I'm glad you got your Moscow tickets, did they deliver those or did you just go out and buy them? It's the same agency, isn't it? Just a different webshop? well, I called them again today and they checked that my e-mail address was spelled correctly in their system for already the 5th time and I still got no account details for prepayment to that unlucky address. then I wrote off that option and re-reserved through their website and at least this time I got the account details automatically to my e-mail, not like with this reservation-by-phone-6-days-attempt, which failed dramatically. and yes, for some moments there are no tickets available, but if you bother to press f5, they appear again after a short while. they just go in some quotas. so now I've done everything strictly according to their instructions. I paid not via internet banking system which would be easier, of course, but went to a bank office and paid and then scanned the receipt and converted it to a docx file and sent the file to the agency e-mail... now I hope that all those uneasy moves will work like some kind of magic, for which you need dragon heartstrings or what on earth. and about Moscow, I don't know if it's the same business, but the website I used was different, it's parter.ru. I've used it for ages now and it's been always ok, as long as I can go to any of their outlets in the city, pay with cash and get my ticket. I don't know if it might be just as difficult with this website if I were not in Moscow, but I still hope it's only muzbilet.ru's problem with not bothering about their clients at all. then all of us still can have hope for March 20th, when this website won't be the only agent selling tickets anymore.
Shellty Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I called them too. Delivery is possible only within Russia, and the only way for you is to order tickets and to pay them via bank and to sent them a copy of receipt (as Maksa_Planka has done). After that you'll be able to receive your ticket in Spb when you want.
Xaverri Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Okay... So no Muse for me... unless I take the chance on one of you fellow Musers to buy me tickets..? It's also a big risk for me, but I guess just as much as a risk as paying for tickets and picking them up at that agency... Anyone who would like to help me out?
