    This is so funny to me because I'm probably one of the more positive Muse fans you'll meet. I tend to defend most of their poorly-received material, but there are still a few songs I don't care for. Anyways, I'm hoping Rich Costey is producing a whole album for them. He produced my favorite album (Absolution) so I think he could push Muse in a good direction. Obviously the songwriting is still most important.

    Matt was much more energetic than I was expecting at Life is Beautiful. Even though I knew what the setlist.fm would be, it was great to finally see Take a Bow, and that was the definite highlight for me. Does anyone know if Yahoo streamed the whole gig? I hope someone was able to record it.

    It was never not gonna end with Knights. Would've liked to see FAWY and a few others but this is still probably one of the best sets ever.

    I think CE could use some more clarity in the guitar solo and piano. Not sure if that's possible in a remaster or not. Also I'm totally gonna take credit since Dom answered my question in the message board Q&A about remastering earlier albums for vinyl.

    Damn, maybe it was just the quality of the periscope but Matt actually did so much better with The Handler vocals tonight. He actually belted the end and then went into this extended falsetto moan thing. And the falsettos before that sounded pretty on-point. Still wasn't perfect, but he at least made the effort this time.

    Maybe the only part he saw was #wewantlivemuse and thought you just really wanted to go to the gig.

    So the hashtag that has started on twitter is #wewantlivemuse. I saw bunch of people using it to ask them to at least stop the NKoK nonsense. I'm sure Muse will ignore it and Tom will just mock the fans again, but I guess there's really no other way to be "heard."

    Yeah, this setlist doesn't exactly inspire energy. I'm pretty sure Matt said in the KROQ interview that this tour would give them a chance to bring out some songs that they hadn't played much in a while, I should have known he was full of shit. 1.
