Holding back the Handler itself was already really shitty favoritism since they had another festival between the song's release and Download.

There's some more beyond just bringing out random songs. I was watching an OoS tour concert, first time in a while, and it was amazing the difference in freedom during the performance. Licks, transitions, movements, they were all spontaneous. They still did things like have similar setlist structures, and using the same riffs, jams, and intros for songs, but it's not to the level where they can have a rather easily exactly reproducible script in the concerts now.

Matt is awkward af on stage and he even admits that. It's fun when he sometimes embraces that like last tour but I'm still fine with them being uninteractive.

Did they talk about that? I remember Dom literally confirming Micro Cuts on Twitter but I'm hazy on the proper interviews. But I do remember the RatM crowd still enjoying the show.
