    It has come to my attention that someone needs irrefutable proof that the recipes I have posted here do in fact produce something mouth watering and more importantly something edible. So I baked some cookies Sadly, my family got to some of the cookies as soon as they came out of the oven. I managed to save a couple, which I will be giving to a friend they are the ones featured in the photo. So there you have it, the proof is in the pudding.... well, actually, in this case, the proof is in the cookie The recipe is below. Hope this encourages you to do some baking!

    you mentioned there is a song called Harrowdown Hill... on the presets album, there is a song called Hill Stuck.... weird... another weird thing, is that this presets album is growning on me :eek: i like 8 out of 12 songs... :stunned:

    cool.... but i have to say, i dont think i share your taste in music apart from Muse :p my two favourite bands after Muse are Radiohead and The Presets.

    dear all i have found the ultimate chocolate chip cookie recipe... need i say more? its like chocolate chips plus chocolate cookies plus errrr chocolate 125 g dark chocolate, minimum 70% cocoa solids 150 g flour 30 g cocoa, sieved 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/2 tsp salt 125 g soft unsalted butter 75 g light brown sugar 50 g white sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg, cold from the fridge 350g dark chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Melt the 125 g dark chocolate. 2. Put the flour, cocoa, bicarbonate of soda and salt into a bowl. 3. Cream the butter and sugars in another bowl. Add the melted chocolate and mix together. 4. Beat in the vanilla extract and cold egg, and then mix in the dry ingredients. Finally stir in the chocolate chips. 5. Scoop out 12 equal sized mounds - an ice cream scoop and a palette knife are the best tools for the job - and place on a lined baking sheet about 6 cm apart. Do not flatten them. 6. Cook for 18 minutes, testing with a cake tester to make sure it comes out semi-clean and not wet with cookie batter. If you pierce a chocolate chip, try again. 7. Leave to cool slightly on the baking sheet for 4-5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to harden as they cool. Makes 12 cookies taken from Nigella Express by Nigella Lawson if you want more recipes, tell me... i shall see what i can find... or what i have already, i have loads of recipes including chocolate

    wowie... really? thats going to help me a lot, because sometimes google translator gives the most silliest translations. for example, a while back, i copied a piece of text about chocolate in german to translate into english and it came back with something about socks. oh the horror.

     

    im listening to your remix right now.... its pretty flashy :p i like it... the drumming effects are awesome. my only piece of criticism i would offer is that the siren at the end is a little distracting from the song, however, its something original, so i cannot argue with it :) you are really talented :yesey: sad to say, that I also have done a remix of Supermassive Black Hole last year, however, I have been scared to share it... after hearing yours, and seeing you share it, I believe that I would like you to hear it :) tell me what you think! I think criticism is a good thing! link to my silly remix i honestly think i didnt do justice to the song like you did :$
