Right. So, TV coverage of Oxegen, if we get any at all, wont be available till the end of the month/next month on MTV. So, can forget about that for now. But if we get anything I can positively guarantee you I'll record it

As for audio... these are the two stations you need to be looking at, if anyone can get any recordings. These aren't links to listen, just to see what the schedule is, really:

Mainly, this one seemst to be leading the coverage:

http://www.rte.ie/about/pressreleases/2010/0701/oxegen2010010710.html

But this one seems to be getting a fair bit, too:

http://www.phantomfm.com/entertainment/4522-live-from-oxegen-2010-schedule.html

And these are the links to listen:

RTE 2fm FM radio: http://2fm.rte.ie/ (click listen live)

RTE 2XM digital radio: http://www.rte.ie/digitalradio/ (click RTE 2XM)

Phantom 105.2: http://www.phantom.ie/radioplayer/index.php# (shouldn't have to click anywhere)

Hopefully we'll get something across those

I reckon I'm going to play it by ear wellie wise haha. Did you guys end up booking the bus thing? I'm not sure whether to just see on the day or whether to have something booked and sorted.

Me and Liron haven't got bus tickets booked so we will just buy them on the day at the station.

Regarding the wellies, I've asked Alix to drop me a quick text to let me know how muddy the whole place is.

On the wellie question, I think I will wear mine anyway, better safe than muddy

Sorry guys I am afraid with the rain that fell here lastnight all day yesterday, you will need wellies. I am on the way up there today. Oh and bring warm wet gear. Saturday is given to be wet. Really wet.

Wellies it is. I wonder if they still have all the gold pen and mud on them from V Fest 2 years back haha. I'm going to try and take as little as possible since I'm in the country for less than 20 hours

I bought Josse and I this each this morn:happy: http://www.outdooradventurestore.ie/products/travel/hydration/platypus_hoser_1-747.html

Currently cutting out the bottom lining of a bag to see if I can fit it there... hope this works.

Mum definitely HAS chucked my wellies out. I now don't have a single pair, and don't have any spare money to buy new ones. Fantastic.

There's a Penny's and Dunnes on or just on a side street of O'Connell street. Wellies in there for 11euro if that helps at all.

Any Dublin people be more specific?

Cold, wet and pissed off is how I would describe them  Snore Patrol went on forever, I swear they sang the same song twice! Anyway, I was having a ball, but I was fucking freezing and they didn't come on stage until about 12.30am, so I was pretty wrecked too.

Yes:LOL: If I got any near Gary Shitebody I would have clocked him. It was great up at the front but I did hear alright that loads left indeed. Was soooo cold.

:( I should have left earlier.

Ah its grand, just doesn't have as much things going on. But the back field is higher up so good idea to camp there as opposed to the closer ones.
