crouchy221 Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Next question, is there anywhere near by to stay thats cheap? Travelodge, Premier Inn, etc?
Malton Seadog Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Chepest I found was around the £52 for the night. There's some for £39 but that was on t'other side of Manchester. I'm going to look into Bed and Breakfast's nearer the time.
Hopix Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 I'll ask again. When does your bank get charged?
eglang@btinternet.com Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 wouldn't worry about confirmation emails some come straight away others take actually forever I don't think my Teignmouth one came thru for like 3 hours but they will do YAAYYY only just under 10 months to wait now... My Teignmpouth email never arrived. I had to ring them and they sent it to me manually. Proof that the system DOESN'T work! I go on immediatly and STILL queueing! Why is this? Get off here, open 5 windows and keep refreshing one after another. Just read that you were successful so ignore the above!
musingowl Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 I'll ask again. When does your bank get charged? not sure tbh, just give seetickets a ring, they can be quite helpful now and again when there not busy recalling faulty tickets
Dirty K Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 I did momentarily lose the ability to type ah good not just me then, i best get dressed!
musingowl Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 My Teignmpouth email never arrived. I had to ring them and they sent it to me manually. I think I'd have actually died of pure panic haha
butterfliesallhavinfun Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Got tickets at 9.05, no e-mail yet, money not taken from account yet, fuck, thing is this is my wifes muse account and she had to take our youngest lass to the dentist this morning, if i've fucked up the card details for the tickets she is gonna make sure I'll be visiting a dentist
Deano88s Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 really think i've cocked up my details. Like i did with teignmouth :-( I do, but just because thats the way I think, im probably fine but im paranoid I did something wrong
Malton Seadog Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 It's crazy isn't it. It says allow 4 hours and after 30 minutes I'm in a state of utter panic!

rikdtripp Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 If you haven't got your confirmation e-mail, relax they can take up to 4 hours. I still haven't got mine but I'm relaxed and calm..... WAAAAAHHHHHH!!! WHERE IS IT!!!!! Tickets in the bag for both this gig and Wembley. Twice in the space of a week? Never been so excited! Gigs number 9 and 10 here we come!

Malton Seadog Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Problem is, my girlfriend is ringing up at 10:30 to ask if they're booked. I don't have the email but I'll tell her yes anyway. Least if it never comes, I can disappoint her calmly. Like I do every night.
liaty Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 HA that would be amazing! was anyone else physically shaking whilst trying to put their card details in! Couldn't even copy and paste!

Tell her you weren't able to get them then let her be angry at you for nearly a whole year then surprise her with the tickets the day before tis what I did for Teignmouth only I told her there was no way we could afford it, works a treat haha
Malton Seadog Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 That would work, apart from she's paid for the bloody things! She transferred me the money
Guyfawkes1878 Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 It always makes me laugh how people panic over these things even after they have bought them. If you have a confirmation email you 100% have your tickets even if there is a problem with your bank details SEE will contact you and set a deadline for you to enter valid payment details to cover your tickets. For those who haven't had confirmation yet use this link to obtain your confirmation number, if you have a confirmation number trust me you have your tickets and you can calm down and look forward to the gig. https://www.seetickets.com/see/content_get_reference.asp
