    Yeah, that's what I'm thinking, if it's to be played. Pretty weird to think that Revolt, Aftermath and Drones will be the only songs we haven't heard anything from if The Handler does get played tonight (and, even if it doesn't, we've technically heard a bit of The Handler anyway but I'm not sure it really counts ). Interview on Radio 1 with Grimmy, iirc. They get onto talking about the Big Weekend and what they've got planned and Matt (?) says they wanna play a couple of new songs that we haven't heard yet, one of them was almost certainly Mercy though.

    Oh right, fair play then. I guess it's only about a week (or just over) until we hear the album anyway so I won't be disappointed if they don't play it. Considering that Matt said they're planning on debuting a couple of new songs, coupled with the fact that Dom's apparently itching to play it and Tom hinted towards it, I'm expecting it to be played though.

    Why do you think it's so unlikely? Again - Tom hinted just a couple of days ago that it would be played specifically at Norwich. I'm not saying it's 100% money-back guaranteed to be played but I don't see any reason to be super skeptical about it. On BBC3, yeah. I imagine videos will be up almost instantly afterwards, like KROQ. Not sure how good the audio quality will be though 'cause TV broadcasts in England can be a bit hit-and-miss (usually miss, from my experience).

    I've heard 'And the world is on your side' for a long time now. Some Webster footage also confirms that it's 'And the world...' and not 'War' anyway. So...no.

    Dom can't sing for shit apparently so that's a no. Also, it's been confirmed that it's only Matt's voice. Could well be quite a bit more than four. Reviews have said that there are 'many' harmonies, enough to sound like a full choir.

    Hopefully the day it comes out, unlike last time I remember a lot of people had problems with the deluxe edition of T2L. A lot of them didn't arrive for quite a while and some were even broken/scratched when they finally did. Thankfully, I only ordered the CD/DVD version this time so I should be safe. If you're on about the fact that it releases on different days in certain countries, I assume most people will get it on the 8th, maybe even a day early. Depends on the postal service though really.

    Yeah, we've had that review/lyrics for a while now. Some of the phrasing and grammar might be skewed in the translation but I imagine that the actual lyric is pretty much the same. As for the Queen comparison, I think a couple of sources have mentioned the song has big similarities to Queen so that's probably pretty accurate (especially given that small snippet of Queen-y vocals we heard in the Making Of). I'm not looking forward to that, personally.

    Yeah, Mercy was almost certainly one of the songs. Tom did hint towards The Handler being played though. Wouldn't be surprised if they just swapped out Reapers for TH.

    Perfectly understandable Definitely (though BH&R is 5/5 for me). I wonder whether they'll do another live album this time, didn't Live At Rome sell terribly?

    We've already heard Reapers multiple times, why does this excite you? The 1st might be when we get a stream (if we get one). At best, I'm gonna say we'll get a leak 1, maybe 2 days before the stream.

    Showbiz isn't going to be played for the first time in 7-8 years at a Radio 1 broadcasted gig. To my knowledge, they were up for playing it. Dom just said they couldn't remember how and by the time it was requested, it was too late in the tour to relearn it. Tom hinted at it last night (I think).

    Yeah, that voice does sound edited in. Definitely fake. The Periscope clip sounded more chord-y than that anyway. Basically: guitar with harsh overdrive playing some kind of chords with some big sounding (plenty of crash) drums going at an average/fast-ish pace. Couldn't hear much/any bass so it was hard to make out any kind of distinct riff or melody. Vague, I know That's just what I heard though, and it was only like 5-7 seconds. Would've payed more attention if I hadn't known it was important until Tom said "You guys rockin' out to The Handler?" and almost instantly turned it off
