  1. Love all this twitter activity, but the more they tweet, the more they take over my twitter with RTs. Dom and Photoblabs need more love, people!
  2. Dude. Give up. You're trying to talk to a generation that grew up with electronic possessions. They don't remember pre-computers. I actually love this newest batch of photos. Behind the scenes has always appealed to me more than the straight concert shots. The indigo lit walkway is awesome, as is the shot of Dom in front of Charles. Plus, the bw photos have a real artistic quality. Makes Matt look more contemplative. Just great photography all around.
  3. Seems to be an evolving project. I think the teaser was mostly to draw people in, which worked well. Overall, haven't even thought about the poster. It's just pure genius - the well-designed money, the fake bank, the incorporation into the show, etc. Also cool seeing how many people around the world are getting in on it.
  4. Well, you'd hope that the more that goes into the total - the better the unlocked content. Personally, love the videos. Of course, I'm very easy to please.
  5. Anybody else tired of comparisons? Also don't know why reporters are always surprised the band can fill a stadium. Perhaps, it is due to the fact that they go bravely where other bands do not. As usual, Mr. Howard expresses himself very well.
  6. Love the video interview and glad I watched it instead of going with the written blurb. I don't understand why reporters always oversimplify. I despise the ones that misquote. For example, the video interview was ten times more interesting and intelligent. The reporter did hit on a few things I've always been curious about, aka the cost, but I'm glad he didn't ask about this tour's carbon footprint. Yet, I do like the irony of the excess of the stadium shows for the primary reason that I'd love to see one, but I'd completely understand if they cut back their production next tour. As a concert goer, I'm always impressed with this band for the quality of their performances and the innovation that they strive for. One of the other things I agree with the reporter on is how rare the band is. They're huge risk-takers, not just in music directions or technology, but also in the realms of social media, film, and connecting with their fans. I also liked the ideas Mr. Bellamy touched on - not just human instinct of build and repair - but what a lot of industries are going through. More for less but at what cost. You see - there's all this thought-provoking material that gets dropped out for an overemphasis on mutated data. And...I've rambled far too much.
  7. Promotion through social media or maybe data mining? I figured that was the reasoning behind the Twitter/FB logins for the contests.
  8. I'm impressed with the quality. Looks almost legit.
  9. If there is one thing I've learned about the forum is that musers never agree on setlists. The stadium gigs are nothing in comparison to the arenas. You got more songs, more entertainment, and more kudos from the band. Does it matter what song was played last if you got a longer, better show? Honestly, the only thing I picked up from that interview was optimism.
  10. Do they make reference to the Musos totals during a gig - before the whole confetti action? Whoever came up with this is a effin' genius.
  11. Interesting interview, especially the delving parts.
  12. Nice interview, either way. It's nice to hear they're happy.
  13. They never cease to surprise me. So, are Musos a wink at the bitcoin?
  14. Well, you talk sense, and you're one of the few people I know who've made it through Cloud Atlas. I compliment you, good sir, on your excellent taste. Oh, and - Hi, how are you? I'm Julie. Nice to meet you.

  15. Heading down to the river and collapsing in the grass is usually a good cure for a hangover. Along with a big bottle of water. It seemed like the band tweeted a lot more last tour, had more fun. I kind of miss that, but any tweet is better than no tweet.
