  1. I will always consider US to be inferior to Newborn. Indeed. Live, however... IBTY is great. The most tongue in cheek song they've done. 'Guiding Light-ning Strike' As a middle section to a symphony, especially one with such an emotionally charged ending, it really doesn't satisfy. Overture United States of Eurasia Undisclosed Desires MK Ultra Redemption Unnatural Selection
  2. I agree with you. Although not about the 'classical stuff'. They've always had classical influences and it's always been an integral part of their sound. In fact, I were to pick a sound they were to focus on, it would be the Space Dementia/Apocalypse Please style songs. (Although yes, I'm not sure that Apocalypse Please has classical influences.)
  3. Well, they did say that's a style they might explore further... SS is staying. Dom has said in many interviews that it's one of his favourite songs to play, and regardless of what you say, Dom has at least some say in the setlist. I hope that the next tour isn't singles + new album again. Of course, a lot depends on how good the quality of the next album is, but surely they should rotate some of the older tracks, otherwise it's going to be increasingly grating for fans who are going to shows again.
  4. I disagree - the second half is better than the first. Just listen to the latter half of CE in Hullabaloo - one of the most emotionally charged moments in any of their performances. All of your opinions annoy me. All of them.
  5. Indeed. It's incredibly bland next to the other rockers such as SS and Hysteria. Fury on the other hand... TOADA is better than TSP imo, but neither of them are up to the quality of the other songs on the album.
