I reckon the latter actually; they might feel less 'restricted' by the lack of the full set-up. Could be a very interesting gig.

That's a shame. Yeah, Download would have been perfect for it, as superb as that gig was, they missed an opportunity there. AP and SFA are the ones I really want to see, looking back...I went to the wrong Wembley '07 date. My 'not seen' set. Tried to get a somewhat reasonable sense of flow. 1. Intro + Apocalypse Please 2. Thanks for that. It still sounds really good down a half step. I like the 'darker' feel, just like with Muscle Museum on the Psycho tour.

Ah did he? I'm assuming Paris and London are the longer residencies? I thought Muscle Museum might have popped up on one of the Paris nights, shame.

I think that if he's having the occasional off night (vocally) on this tour, Showbiz isn't going to get played, even at half a step down. Who knows though...the band are certainly are aware now so maybe if Matt's feeling more confident he'll attempt it at some point. I wish they had given Showbiz a go on T2L tour when he was at his peak. Assassin would be great tonight, hope it gets a good reaction and they keep it on rotation for future shows.

You never know, maybe they'll keep TaB for the encore from now on? I certainly hope so. The only songs I haven't seen are AP and Assassin, but looking at the Paris rotations I doubt I'll get them at Manchester 2 and London 2/3.

Assassin after The Handler, got to be. SS in place of Hysteria? Guiding Light? Well if they're going to possibly play it along with SS, AP and Assassin...I'd take it.

As tragic as the loss of the piano section is, I'd definitely take TaB over Eurasia and Feeling Good (maybe not AP as I haven't seen it) if this is going to become a more recurring thing this tour.

Oh shit my bad. Knights with the confetti must have been a cool surprise. Great set tonight, I just hope Matt's vocal troubles hasn't put him off playing B&H and TaB at future dates.

So no Mercy tonight? Again, odd that they're quick to drop songs like Mercy and Reapers BUT putting Take a Bow in that encore is rather marvellous. Hope they play TaB on those two night stops as well.

That's more like it, Muse. Sure do hope Matt's voice gets better, must be a crap situation to be in when you know you're not at 100%. I imagine this is why Take a Bow was skipped tonight?

Ha very true! I was kinda hoping they might have soundchecked another piano song for the remaining nights but it'll be probably be back to USoE/AP/Feeling Good. Still, it's great to see TaB and B&H getting some rehearsal time in! Both monstrous live.

Hell yes. I know they're usually dead set on starting with a new song, but Take a Bow (with all the drones) into Psycho would be a fantastic opening.

Haha yeah definitely get UD out of there. Even something like Bliss/Map and another piano song would be a good improvement. Is Matt still sounding shaky? Supremacy seems an odd choice if he's not at his best vocally.

Two more songs and it's a good set. Very surprised Defector hasn't shown up at all this tour.

Yeah main set closer seems the perfect place. They should just take out UD entirely, move every song up a spot and get TaB in at the end. Or...they could always just add in another song and play for an extra five minutes. That seems unlikely though. All the (hopefully) upcoming rotation is great but I hope they find a good balance for the other dates in the tour. The first or second nighters shouldn't get screwed over.

Interesting! I wonder where they're thinking of putting TaB in the set list...if they actually decide to play it of course. Can't believe they genuinely rehearsed Guiding Light

Yeah that's what I reckon too. Very petty if that's the case. It's not unreasonable to expect a band with 7 albums to play more than 17 songs in an arena. Poor form, Muse.
