  1. Bass should always have lots of low end and low mids. To fatten out a 3 peice band you have to push the high mids. Most modern bass cabs will be able to put out enough high mids for you to fatten up the sound. I wouldn't bother bi-amping, it's a lot of hassle to take it all to gigs. But, if you're not bi-amping, you will need a clean blend or a pedal with built in clean blend. Also your rythm section has to be tight as fuck as there's not a lot of room to hide
  2. I'm a bit tempted but I could build a PC to that spec for well under £400 and buy a couple of screens with the change. If the software is genuine licenses then yeh it's an amazing price.
  3. nice one, I'll check them out at home Yeh I've been facebooking since January, I might like you
  4. nice, you've been gigging? Didn't realise you were currently in a band - send us a link!
  5. It doesn't bother me, I don't have any time to fuck about with pedlols at the moment anyway. I haven't played bass plugged in for a couple of months, I'm way too busy with the studio
  6. lol, no, so ashamed... They said they'd fix it for me, so I packed it ready to ship up there. Then I moved house. It's still in a box somewhere
  7. your listing for the snare is shite - can't see the side of the drum. The finish - depending on what it is, would be a selling point.
  8. you suck at your whammy? Impressive No, I dunno, I like it, I'm using it on bass though, usually octave up blended with dry, I like to whammy.
  9. I actually didn't know he was still going, I'll have to get the latest album. Sometimes I find him a bit too annoying but the bassist is ace, I especially like his filthy toanz
