  1. Nah, I highly doubt it. I believe the rarity would've most likely been at Rock Am Ring if there was gonna be one at all. Then again, we did have Showbiz in Mexico. I think there's likely to be another By Request show soon, possibly even as soon as this summer. If anything that's where the rarities will be, even in the US.
  2. It might be a short musical piece like Interlude or Prelude that leads into a proper song. That's the initial thought in my mind for some reason, but I doubt it mostly.
  3. 1. Assassin 2. Psycho 3. Thought Contagion 4. Map of the Problematique 5. Isolated System 6. The Handler 7. Hyper Music 8. Plug in Baby 9. Easily 10. Supermassive Black Hole 11. Bliss 12. Time is Running Out 13. Mercy ENCORE 14. Falling Away with You 15. Interlude + Hysteria 16. Stockholm Syndrome Tried to make it as within the realms of reality as I can, but hey-ho sometimes my mind just runs wild
  4. I think 2015 was definitely one of the highlight years for many songs, Bliss especially. The performance of it at Brighton Dome reminds me a lot of classic Origin-era Matt. Especially at the end of the final chorus where he drops the final line and has fun with the hullabaloons instead. Throws me back to Hullabaloo itself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKbNAKuQEb0
  5. I seriously hope they do announce a By Request show. I mean if you really think about it, La Cigale has been really the only 'pwoper' Muse concert. Everything else this year has just been festivals.
  6. Huh. Well, the more you know the better I guess. Looks like my hope was wasted nonetheless. Looking at the setlist, they didn't even play a wilcard song. I guess they might have had time constraints because they removed Isolated System as well, but I doubt that as choosing to remove that slot seems rather odd.
  7. They played Bliss like 5 or 6 times in the US last year though didn't they? And from what I recall two of those times were also festivals just like Bonnaroo. I'm holding out hope for that song at least.
  8. It certainly is. All we need is to see a piano on the stage and we at least have some hope.
  9. I think it's going to be the same with all the festivals this year. Same setlist, except with one "wildcard" song changed every time. Like with Bottlerock it was Resistance, and with Rock Am and Rock Im it was UD. With P'al Norte, it was even Showbiz. I hope it's something from OoS like Bliss or Hyper Music even. That album seems to be the most overshadowed at setlists this year so far. If I spot a piano on the stage, I will be quite hyped. Could mean New Born or Space Dementia.
  10. I think they've been there for a while now. Though I might've just heard the song so much that my mind subconsciously hears the clicking in itself.
  11. Unfortunately it is the same with twitter. Last time with Bottlerock festival we couldn't access the stream from the UK. I even made an effort to get up early to watch it
  12. A twitter USA livestream. Well, guess us Brits are screwed again.
  13. Ah good point. Hopefully at least one European one between then and now maybe. I forgot that Americans will always vote for things that are guaranteed to be in the sets anyway. I mean let's be honest, these days, a set without Plug in Baby is rarer than a diamond amongst a food bin.
  14. Oh god, a U.S. By Request show? More like Pop by Request then. Did they say it's going to be in the US? Or was it the venue that reached out to them who confirmed it? Do you have a link ?
  15. Perhaps it will be in the next By Request show?
  16. I hope WHEN CoD returns it knocks Madness out of the setlists into oblivion.
  17. yes! I really hope there's another By Request show for this very reason. Bring back the acoustic! Bring back the piano! City of Delusion, Unintended, New Born, Space Dementia, Bliss played on a piano even. There's just so much potential... ...Instead we get Mercy, Madness and Dig Down, and everything mainstream at every festival concert. Ouch.
  18. To be honest I too would love to see the acoustic guitar again. But not for UD, instead one of the songs you mentioned, especially City of Delusion. That would be a phenomenal return for that song, and in high quality for once. For UD i really want him to pull out the keytar even just once more.
  19. I definitely thought I heard some booing on the livestream when Madness came on, though it was faint so I wasn't sure. Guess you just confirmed that though!
  20. I hate to be so critical, but to me that sounds more like a Yoko Ono falsetto than a Matt falsetto.
  21. I agree with Undisclosed Desires. I would really love to see Matt use the keytar again, although I know he never will sadly.
  22. Totally. I can't believe they didn't even change UD. What made me laugh was when Matt said "let me see those hands again" yesterday before Mercy, and the crowd was just kind of like "what the fuck is this?" I hope tonight the crowd does the same thing. I love Muse, I really do. I just don't like having so many pop and mainstream songs at a rock festival.
  23. They've opted to play Undisclosed Desires as the "wildcard" song again just like last night. Rest of the setlist is likely to be Supermassive, Stockholm, TIRO, Madness, and basically everything played last night. Along with the same encore as the rest of this year.
  24. I learnt the chorus bassline to that this week funnily enough, I would like to hear it again just for that reason. I also really want to hear Bliss again. I can't believe they've only played it once this year.
  25. Another video just posted under the Muse hashtag, confirming Hysteria. Seems the prediction is more or less correct. EDIT: Someone is now adding to the setlist fm page. I was right about the opening part of the set.
