Max
I've never really got Sober. I think it's one of those few songs that sound better on record.

Iddy
I don't like it. I think it's a marmite track, you either love it or hate it.
Niall
Doesn't sound right in the context of their later songs. Song about getting drunk versus all the late songs about war and aliens. Demo version coming soon
crabfish
4 topics and counting, please mister try to become a little resourceful in life, ala google.com or wiki as pointed out So instead of asking Muse fans for their opinions on Muse songs I should type my questions into google? What exactly would that achieve? Surely the forum is here to promote discussion?

Fayth-in-Flyght
It took me years to find out he was actually singing 'Arbourler Jameson' But hey I like it, it's a fun song, one of the reasons I like Muse, they can be theatrical and fun at the same time

Mel64
Opinions on this superb track? In fact, are there any clips of the lads playing this gem live? Sober is one of my favourite Muse tracks! Its my top played song in iTunes! There's one or two vids on youtube, but I reckon this video is their best peformance of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QvpyKvX8N7A There is also the Glastonbury version but Chris's vocals aren't as good... ShamanX3
Sober's a fucking tuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuune. I remember the days of playing Gran Turismo 3 and loving the tune before I even knew about Muse. When I then got into Muse and found out they did Sober, I was like SIIIIIIIIIIIIICK. Gotta love the raw emotion of the Showbiz tracks. BH&R seems a bit empty and soulless in comparison.
