i think last semester was what i expected of uni... and this semester wasnt... so the expectations are going backwards for me... hey... dont be worried... just yet at least... you (and i) both have well deserved holidays coming up

i've never been in a situation that has warranted a hot temper and a sharp tongue... i tend to avoid those sort of situations at all costs i really do try to get out of major confrontation...

i dont think they are inconsiderate... i just think they think that they can tell us things and then expect us to magically know it all...

one thing i dont like about uni is conflicting opinions between courses... like in World History, it is all about getting the facts down... you are an undergraduate and you are expected to find accurate sources and report them and tie them in with other sources... now in Youth and Society you are apparently meant to make your own ideas... but wait you are an undergraduate!... News and Politics is another story all together... there you arent suppose to write essays, you are meant to write news stories so a 10 year old can understand them... and in New Communication Technologies we are suppose to write for the internet.... the only thing linking all these courses is that they want referencing... no wait, News and Politics doesnt

making stuff up... oh if it were up to me... they'd have news stories about a certain scottish gentry who got into a heated argument with a zeta named Bellamy who was an imposter for the real Matt Bellamy... zeta Bellamy (or zBellamy for short) tricked the scottish gentry and the scottish gentry didnt know that zBellamy was an imposter, so he took it upon him self to uncover the truth... with the help of a flamboyant () drummer and a person who tagged along who constantly referred to himself as Mr Sunshine and who took a fancyment to wearing heeled shoes to make himself taller....

anyway, dont worry about me... i just got home early from uni (the exam i told you about went for half an hour) and i was tired and annoyed so i bashed out some convoluted rant... but all is well now and i've rationalised it all in my head...

i might bring a little negativity into the convo tonight... got a news story due tomorrow and my sources still haven't emailed me back with critical info... i got back my reading analysis (practise for my major essay) from Youth and Society and was told i used "too many quotes when you were suppose to have written your ideas" (it's an academic essay from an undergraduate! im not suppose to be formulating my own ideas, im suppose to gather ideas from actual academics and analyse them to form an argument!!) and oh yeah the actual essay is due tomorrow.... with the news story.... which i still have yet to finish... *grumbles*

i'd have something similarish... id make it into this James Bond / Mission Impossible / Bourne franchise spin-off mashup.... id have say Alex on a speed boat, Nick driving this fast car around, Paul flying a helicopter or other aircraft and Bob rock climbing down... their target would be this villa in southern Spain or some other scenic place... when all four reach their target, the villa, they would run around for a bit trying to infiltrate the building... when they do get it, the "see you later" part will start and they will see a bomb, then they will run away in slow motion and the building would blow up behind them spectacularly and that would be the end of the song
