SamK2323 Posted August 24, 2010 Share Posted August 24, 2010 Hi guys I am having a bit of problem downloading videos,  If I go into the 'Members' section on the main page and click 'Video Downloads' in the left bar I get a list of all the video downloads. When I try to download one of the MP4s for these videos the video won't download. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? It happens for all the music videos, i.e. Glasgow Jam, MK Ultra live in Turin, Fury Live at the Royal Albert Hall, etc.  Cheers  Sam Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So far I don't see one, but maybe it's in another thread. Or is there a website designer or someone who could be contacted to fix things? I'm a pretty new Muse fan and am buying and/or downloading everything I can get my eager little hands on. It's killing me to see all those new videos just out of reach! Oh yeah, hi. My name's Karin. When I click any of those link this is the message I get: Error de lectura XML: elemento no encontrado Ubicación: http://downloads.muse.mu/webservices/video-download.aspx?accountid=400377&token=o90h7xttt6y2lovvdyyspssxf&downloadid=7&format=mp4 Número de línea 1, columna 1: It basically says, element not found.
