Dominic.
I've never had this problem. What capo do you use? I use a g7th and that's pretty good
Neil.
are you using the clamp type capo or the strap-on type? yes, I said strap-on.
cheddatom
It sounds like you should be using your whammy instead If you bend the string and it moves under the capo, the capo isn't gripping the string hard enough, surely?
Bs
To be honest, that's what I'll be doing with the DT, haha! are you using the clamp type capo or the strap-on type? yes, I said strap-on. You can't play guitar standing up without a strap-on!
musecasters
http://www.shubb.com/capos.html tis one of these (in Black of course) it might be as simple a not clamped enough. i was always told that a capo should only really be finger pressure tight, but i'f you've heard any different, it would be interesting to know
james90
hmm try tightening it a little?

JoshH
http://www.guitarcenter.com/Paige-6-String-Guitar-Capo-369801-i1130965.gc this one is my favorite and you can just keep it on the guitar. It tightens down well and has a good even pressure. Also the pad isn't rubber so it helps with the bending problem
Neil.
i use the strap type and i've never had that problem. if you've no progress with that capo, a strap kind is really cheap.
james90
yeah, though the shubb capo is great, but it needs to be tightened properly as it adjusts for different neck sizes
