  1. Agree with this mostly, but I'd swap drones for dead inside:) Maybe I'll binge out on the album again, then see if my views have changed.
  2. Will there be a video which will be posted on YouTube of the interview or will it be on a website OR could you post the entire interview on this thread? Thx:D
  3. Hi guys! 1. Do you really miss the days when you were a small band? Is it sometimes a pain when fans come up to you randomly and demand autographs? 2. What is your favorite Tarantino film? Mine's Kill Bill vol.1 (avatar says it all). 3. Dom: What is the most adventurous thing you've ever done? P.S: Cheers for a fantastic album! You bloody deserved that Grammy! Over and out...
  4. Nooooooot me! I was wondering when to join the board but was so busy! The Q&A was just want I needed to motivate me! Still, some of the questions kinda pissed me off... Sorry, just had to clear my name, as the first time I went on this thread, everyone was talking about people making accounts just for the Q&A so I felt kinda bad! Ramble over:LOL:
  5. Muse Drones Review Dead Inside 8/10 At first, I wasn't very keen on the song, but it grew on me... a lot Drill Sergeant+Psycho 9/10 I was listening to Psycho all the time after my first Muse gig. I remembered the visuals and decided to search Muse's youtube channel until I found the song. It did not disappoint:p Mercy 3/10 Mercy pisses me off... I don't know why, but I really hate the intro (despite liking Starlight), then the rest of the song just annoys me:mad: Reapers 9/10 Fucking wicked... do I really need to explain why? The Handler 10/10 Undoubtedly the darkest track on the album. Ace riff...I can't describe it in words... IT IS SOO GOOOD!!! JFK+Defector 7/10 Like Dead Inside, it took me a while to get into this song, but I think the riff is a bit crap, following up Psycho and The Handler Revolt 3/10 Fucking cheesy... on the same level as Mercy for the reason that it pisses me off every time I hear it Aftermath 4/10 Disappointed with this song- especially since Matt talked about it so much before Drones was released. The Globalist 8.5/10 I LOVE the Globalist! At first, I wasn't sure whether a 10 min track was going to be that good... I was mistaken:p Drones 2/10 Chanting. Endless Chanting. Not my thing.
  6. Yeah, I'm still waiting for other bands to be announced (fingers crossed it's Royal Blood:p)! I just really don't like Adele:(
  7. Shit... and i so wanted it to be Radiohead:mad:
  8. Congratulations!!! It sounds really interesting! Currently, I've got nothing to read, so might give your book a try! After I read it, do you want me to write a review? Your choice! Congratulations once again! I wish I could publish a book, but am busy with exams... maybe in a couple of years!
  9. Following on from what other musers have said... They've definitely moved some dates: I'm going to see them on the 20th of April and when I looked at the venue site, it said the original gig date had been moved to the one above. This is due to them supporting Muse.
  10. Do you know when the resale is? Am really looking forward to watching this on TV, but if there's gonna be a resale then I'm definitely going to try and get tickets!

    Glastonbury

That would be epic! Other than Muse and Coldplay, who are playing at Glastonbury? (I haven't seen the line up yet.)

That's what I was thinking! Maybe a lot of Musers got lucky this year because they followed the pattern... and it works! However, because they headlined Reading & Leeds in 2006, then 2011, Muse might... it seems very unlikey... but it follows the pattern Some of the acts have yet to be announced... Anyway, it's gonna be a great Friday night for me, and THAT'S for certain. Congrats to those who are going for getting tickets for the right year!

Yess!!! Finally I have something to look forward to this time! So excited!
  14. Apologies if this seems like a stupid question:) If I buy a ticket for the show now (or in the next week), will I receive it in time for the gig? I'm still iffing about it with my friend, but I know not to linger too long! Thanks in advance:D
  15. I know, some of the really fangirly ones sound made up, but I can assure you mine (and 99% of these) are real. Nice dream at the start btw. After all, it's only expected Muse dreams get weird. Muscle Museum ftw! Had another one last night I was at a gig somewhere in London. Muse were playing and I was right down at the front, having an awesome time! Sometime after the gig, I sneaked backstage to see the band and gave them pressies. However, I was really sad at the end because (I think) it was the last time Muse would be in the UK and I couldn't see them abroad. I was also really over-emotional and started crying in front of the band (if I did that in real life I would have kicked myself for doing such a thing). Matt told me it was okay and they'd see me again. Another thing I remember was the view from one of the windows backstage: a massive city with a lot of tall buildings (explains why I thought I was in London). There was this little cafe and Muse said they were going there for breakfast and asked if I'd like to come! ...Then I woke up...
  16. I've had quite a few Muse dreams over the past couple of months... My first one was where I was in my R.E classroom and my R.E teacher gave me some tickets for a Muse gig (this was probably because I mentioned Muse in my assessment)! I was gutted when I woke up and found out it wasn't real! Second one: I was in my school library with my normal class and my really strict french teacher said that Muse was in the school and certain people were allowed to go and meet them. I was picked! The scene changed to a strange-looking castle and there were all these guys with cloaks on walking around- but I saw Muse! I ran towards them... but then I woke up. Another dream I had was where I was walking along one of the main roads near my house. There was all this graffiti-writing on the pavement, but I couldn't make out what it was... I was following Matt. Someone behind me (idk who it was) shouted at him, but Matt didn't take any notice. The scene changed to this apartment, where me and the band were watching TV! Immediately, the scene changed again, and it was just me and Matt sitting there, drinking Mococa (from the Truman Show)! This was probably because I had watched the Truman Show before going to bed. Okay, weird one coming up: It was guidance/careers day at my school and I remember having a really bad first half of the day: I got mugged by a group of year 10's and spent about an hour of my time lost in a DIY store! However, the day got better: at the end as a reward for our hard-work and good effort (most of the time, guidance days are crap), MUSE was going to play for us! My and my friend got really excited! I remember this one scene where we were moshing to Uprising and when the riff broke out, I appeared on one of the massive video screens they have. I went mad! I had a tiny one where I remember seeing one of my friends crying. I asked her why and she said that Dom had broken up with her! This was really confusing on my part because I had never seen them together before, but I was going "he doesn't deserve you" to comfort my friend, but secretly, I was thinking: "right, Dom's single again- I must spread the word"! The last one I can remember was where Dom had kidnapped me because he wanted me to hear the songs he had written, but the band wouldn't let him play them because he had previously sung out of tune. He was actually really good- singing and playing the guitar! It was awesome!
  17. What's the craziest thing a fan has done in order to meet you?
