Did you hear back from them yet? I sent an email about a custom a month ago and haven't heard back. I guess I'll just wait and see what new during the guitar show this November

Yeah, I think it looks like a blended dark brown, and the black pickguard definitely adds to it.

That's awesome. Did you get the black or natural one? The Gretsch I have is such a comfortable bass that I don't think I'll ever be able to play a long scale again.

I think it was just my bank account speaking after I bought a Kawai keyboard. Just got home and played the guitar and it's as great as always. I just haven't spent enough time with it to appreciate how good it is. Maybe one of these days once I get a real Manson with Sustainiac i'll list it for real, just not now :/

I wouldn't be surprised if they already did it. And yeah, EHX did a really great job with this pedal. The paint is really nice too, making it look much better than their usual silkscreened muffs. I wish they'd reissue the black one too. Would buy that in a heartbeat.

Right? The neck turned out a lot better than expected. I don't think they're supposed to come with anything other than plain maple, must've lucked out somehow. The new owner seems very happy with it. Glad it found a good home Just a feeler, would anyone be interested in my stealthy decked out MBC-1?

If you already have a muff, I don't think you're missing out at all. I never had one before, and the price was too good to pass up (plus the design is really nice). Of course I don't have a real muff to compare it with, but Bassic Gear Review posted some videos of it yesterday and it sounds pretty close to the TF muff to my ears [YT] [/YT] Although I think Chris primarily uses the bubble font version, so I still need Crowella's version when it comes out

Can't talk for the Starcaster since I've never seen (let alone played) one in person, but I really love my shortscale Gretsch. It's quite a comfortable transition from a guitar, especially for a 5 ft 1" girl with arms proportional to my heights (read: short). I couldn't play my J bass much after I discovered how comfortable a shortscale is, so I sold it

Anyone interested in my Fender Japan Lake Placid Blue AJB? After getting Mike's Grestch I realized that my arms are way too short for a normal bass and haven't played this thing since Also I need to save $$$ for a Manson Weights 8.4lbs, has a really nice slightly flamed neck. I bought it brand new in January of this year and have put ~15 hours of play in it.

What's the usual sweet spot for delays? I feel like all the default options are set to way too long, so the delay comes out like 15 seconds after or something. It's awful I have a V. The delay and amp will come from a multiFX though - only the Whammy is a real separate pedal
