Nice stories here. It seems like Muse's music is really captivating and has something magical about it that makes you want to hear more. I forgot to say that i already knew Supermassive Blackhole from a FIFA game i had been playing. I thought it was quite weird because it was different from any music i knew but i liked it anyway. And i think i must have seen the Starlight video on MTV when i was younger.

Hello there. This thread might have been posted already and i did my best to check so, but couldn't find it. Anyway, i thought it would be interesting to ask around how you guys discovered the band we all like so much. My story: I was in London a few years ago. There happened to be riots somewhere in the city but i didn't see or hear anything from it, only on the news. And at the place where i stayed. Because there, they decided to play riot songs. One of them was Uprising. I figured out what song it was, because it really got me and i couldn't get it out of my head. I had never heard something like it before as i only listened to pop and mainstream rock. Have been listening to more Muse songs ever since and attended my first gig 2 years ago.

Someone here made a Drones survey and i voted for The Handler as 'song from Drones you would like to see live'. I've changed my mind. The Handler is freaking awesome, but now i've seen material of Muse at Pinkpop i can't wait to attend a gig where they'll play Psycho. Absolutely insane.

First i was like: This is more like a jamming session than a real song.. Now i am like: I WANT TO RIDE HORSES THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS ON THIS!

Well said, completely agree. I don't understand the hate for I Belong to You. Maybe because of the lyrics? I absolutely love the riff and THE solo.

The 'Unleash a million drones' line really gets me. Hypnotizing and proof that Matt's voice is still amazing. Wonderful song.

I waited a long time with listening to this song and by reading all the comments i expected something far more worse! I don't get the hate, it's a decent song for me. Just the chorus is a bit of a bummer, the part where he sings 'You can revolt' should be more powerful and uplifting in my opinion, now it makes me think of U2's 'With or Without You' to much. The verses are really fun though. But that's all my opinion!
