    Sunburn is an awesome track - personally not a fan of HTAILY and i don't think it's quite on the same epic scale as Megalomania, Ruled By Secrecy, Knights and Redemption (and we'll ignore Isolated System)

    I still think that Psycho was just put out there first because it's the most "silly" and "cheesy" and to kind of bring attention to the fact they do have a new album coming out and the album for the most part still will be dark and heavy while maintaining a serious theme - but it's Muse so who really knows until we hear it

    I seem to find that generally - at least since OoS the first and last tracks on Muse albums are always absolutely stellar

    yeah the kemper is much cheaper but for me I want versatility and like James said a few pages back, the Axe FX is great for versatility

    I've got a Vox AC30 with individual pedals at the moment but i'm now switching to an Axe FX ii for recording purposes and honestly, I prefer it to the Kemper (waits for half the K&T guys to murder me - especially Dominic )

    I personally think Dead Inside could be the CE sequel (if of course the sequel is going to be one of the songs on the album), the title certainly fits how I interpreted the lyrics of Citizen Erased

    there are so many songs with a "solo" like that, it's just an ascending octave riff in D minor, many a band has used it before and many a band will use it again

    Except only two have been that I can recall?.. Unless you're gonna count the drill sergeant snippet but even then that's only 3 out of a bunch of others Still can't wait for the 7 string song

    it's pretty cheesy, the drill sergeant parts being the worst offendor but generally I really like the song, it's catchy and kinda heavy although I wish it had been a little heavier it's still less cheesy and lyrically embarrassing than songs like Survival and I love Survival as well anyway

    I expected the 03050 riff to have been changed up a bit which i was correct on but I didn't expect the verses or the little jazzy bass fills

    yeah it's definitely make and break i'm pretty sure The only part i'm not sold on is the "SHOW ME YOUR WAR FACE" "AHHHHHH" sorta thing in the middle but hey I can't complain, the song's heavy, vocal melodies are awesome, there's not huge amounts of cheesiness and it's a far cry better than much of the 2nd Law and the Resistance

    Final woke up and had my first couple of listens. Have to say Psycho was kinda different to what I was expecting but in a really good way. It's still got a little bit of that Muse cheese but damn it's great

    Yeah i reckon anywhere between 3 and 5. Assuming that the "DRONES" chant song was Drones and that the clip they uploaded of it was them rehearsing it and not recording then I presume that at least Dead Inside, Psycho and Drones will be played. Maybe a little sprinkling of Dead Star, Hyper Music, Agitated - Stuff like that and then Supremacy, Uprising, Knights etc

    Oh true it's 11 hours difference in Sydney my bad. When was the Cologne gig in relation to the 2nd Law release? I've forgotten. Can't have been more than a couple of weeks. I think we'll get 4-5 at these smaller Psycho Tour gigs.

    I think if the album is going to have a cohesive military/psychopathic/conspiracy theory filled album (god i pray it does) it'll be more about feeling dead inside because we're all just drones and have no control over anything or something

    Pls Muse Also after re-listening to the Psycho clip - I think the growly vocals part will be the intro the song. I think it's gonna start off with that riff that's similar to what Matt played before Liquid State then the little "I'm gonna make you etc..." then the 03050 riff into a verse etc Perhaps he'll sing the i'm gonna make you parts as a chorus throughout the song but sung normally if you get me. Or he'll just growl/whisper the whole time who fucking knows anymore
