  1. 1. Kinda. 2. Nay, 'tis a brilliant song. Great lyrics, great vocals, great instrumentation and a great style. 3. Almost. 4. Are you being sarcastic? It sure sounds like it. Unintended isn't cheesy. But the other two are definitely cheesy. I love Invincible, but I still think it's cheesy.
  2. 1. Replace one of them with KoC, and I agree. 2. Aye, but Resistance (Tiesto Remix) is surprisingly decent. Anyway, I take back my comments about MK Ultra. It is now my third favourite song on the Resistance: 1. Overture 2. USoE 3. MK Ultra 4. UD
  3. "Oooooohh" (The falsetto part)
  4. I'm not worried about the next album, but I'm still a little annoyed with the song. I don't mind it as a track hidden away on some album, but as a big lead single, it really doesn't come near Muse's best work.
  5. I agree. And I think Amnesiac is better than Kid A. I strongly disagree. If I recall correctly, the reason they started to experiment around the time of Kid A was because they didn't want to become stale, and wanted to explore new ideas. You're entitled to your own opinion of course, and I can understand that you wouldn't like the songs they've been making, but here are three examples of their songs that show they're not running out of ideas.
  6. Sunburn > Muscle Museum > Showbiz > Uno Unintended, and Cave are not quite up to their level. Spiral Static, Falling Down are good. HT&ILY and Escape are kind of good, but a bit average. And agreed on the last point. (Although I overplayed it)
  7. It's quite average, but I don't agree that it's their worst song. A pretty dull song. Definitely not one of their better songs, but they've got much worse. I thought this was actually a good song. As a stand-alone song, this is a good cover. I wish they didn't play it every gig still, and I don't think it fit well on OOS, but it's not terrible. No need to repeat myself on this song. I'm not going to bother making a list; they'd all be obscure b-sides that I've only listened to once.
  8. Yeah. Still a good song though. No band can avoid being accused of "selling out." No band in history that I know of. What brilliance. 1. 2. I don't, but when the bass kicks in HM it kills me every time.
  9. Who knows? They just said it "didn't work". Maybe the atmosphere couldn't be translated on the quieter bit to the live performances, which would make the whole song quite dull and pointless.
