Well I didn't turn in my application because I couldn't find the manager to get a job reference. Oh well, I'll attempt it again tomorrow.

Ahh well that's not really long then. I'm surprised by that! Even at just arena shows (around 10,000 people) I've had to lineup up at 10 or 11 am to get front row.

I need to decide if I'll be traveling east or west for them. Most likely east.

How long did you guys stand in line...not extremely long, right? It seems you don't have to queue as earlier for Texas shows.

Hopefully you can make it out to more than one! It will be convenient for you since you're between Houston and Austin.

Haha it seems like half the city is just hotels! I've looked at some. I'll probably just stay at whatever hotels that damn hotel company in London is affiliated with.

Of course I liked them. They had Muse in them.

I've got videos I should upload. Most of my pics are far away except for a couple of zoomed in ones, but it was nice for once to not stand in line for hours.

Awesome! Sound was shit but that's to be expected at a sports stadium. I met some other Musers afterwards, and we got Unnatural Selection.

Yeeess! So excited to maybe go. Flights to Vegas from here on extremely bad either, and I could stay in a hostel too.

Yeah, I'm thinking of going to a lot of the dates too, and Vegas looks quite possible if I get a job soon. Ok I'll let you know. I'll most likely fly there since it's somewhere around a 20 hour drive.

Whaaat? I looked that up and I was staying like 10 blocks away! Oh well, yeah, maybe next time. I'm thinking of going to the Vegas gig in December if I can get enough money. Are you planning on going?

No, the prices are cheaper the sooner I buy them, but I don't have any money right now. I have to borrow from my mom.

It was awesome! We got Plug in Baby, so that was a surprise. I didn't meet them because like last time, they left right after their set. Apparently they've been doing that for the whole tour.

Indeed! Tickets are already on sale for next year!

We had such a great time! We waited 2 hours for Muse to come out, and it turns out they had already left.

Well I know I saw some bands walking around, but I didn't know which ones they were.

We'll see in 2 days.

Music before family!

I'll try to Twitter from ACL this weekend. Austin is the perfect place to meet bands on the street...it's easy to know where they would hang out.

I have a feeling Liz and I are going to make some people worry about our sanity.

All that lost sleep for a song that we got in a month anyways. If I meet Muse, the first thing I'm asking is "what would have happened if we didn't unlock Eurasia?"

Hey how have you been?

I've been getting confused about the dates as well. Thursday is the small Them Crooked Vultures show- it's called an aftershow even though it's before ACL (yeah, makes absolutely no sense). Then, Friday through Sunday is ACL. I'll drive hom Monday morning and then that night is the Aritc Monkeys gig. Muse in Dallas is Oct. 12 and Houston is Oct. 14.

Hmm most likely, but it's going to be difficult since it's a festival. 4 days until I leave for Austin. I was thinking of Twittering from my phone while at ACL but most people will probably not be interested.

I didn't see anything about it online. Missed Franz twice on Carson as well! I fell asleep before they played.
