I know you've been crazy busy with your job and all and I've been having equally less of a life now that I'm back at uni and all. But I guess our bond of mawwiage is still strong enough that I can sense when you're about to write me a message...so I hurry on here and write you one first lol. But ZOMG a holiday to AFRICA!? That sounds proper wicked! Even though you're dreading the flights - which I would be too, not so much the flying part in general, but the fact that you have to take 3 separate flights just to get down there! I'd be all flown out by the end of that trip for sure. But still, Africa would be soooo sweet...and for 3 weeks! You'll practically be a native by the time you come back! lol...racistfail? Ah who cares haha....but what do you and your family plan on doing the whole time? And what part of Africa specifically are you traveling to? I know you won't be able to answer these questions until you're already back from your holiday but I figured I'd just ask them anyways lol.

I'll try not to rant on to extra pages either...believe me it will be hard, but I don't want to give you an essay to read right when you get back! If anything it'll make you not talk to me for years rather than months nawwww I'm just keeeedding! But fosrs, I'll try to keep this short.....ish lol. I've been doing pretty well for the most part! Being back at uni is fun, I'm so glad I'm back at the U of M. Having that one semester back at home was just what I needed to clear my head and also realize that I don't want to live at home anymore So yeah, it's also been getting really busy...we've been having midterms already so that always causes lots of stress and late-night studying. But it's good stress because I'm really liking my classes! I can't remember if I've told you yet what I'm taking, so I'll just say them again lol. Global Politics (just an intro course so nothing too outrageous) Reading History: Theory and Perspective (I LOVE that class, my professor is so awesome) Intro to Communication Differences and Disorders (kind of like an intro to the Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences course, which I possssssibly might major in?) and American Sign Language () it's actually really cool, I have to take at least 2 years of a language and that's what I chose lol but I like it a lot! My place is still great. Definitely not as clean and shiny as it was when we first moved in, but I'm still really liking it. I'll post some pictures after I'm done with my message so you can kinda see what it looks like. It looks empty though as I took the pictures when only half of the furniture was moved in, but everything else is pretty complete. So when you look at them, just imagine the picture with like 100x more crap on top of everything! lol nah it's not THAT dirty...but having 4 girls living there, you know there's going to be stuff EVERYWHERE haha. Scott and I are doing really well right now We're almost on our 9 month. 9 MONTHS DALIA....WTF! A year ago this time I would've never ever expected myself to be in a relationship, especially one that's lasted this long. But I'm still happy in it, and I know he is too, and we're both just having fun and taking it easy so it's been really good so far! Nothing overly serious or marriage-like yet, thank GOD. I'm still waaaay to immature to be thinking that far ahead into the future! My roommate on the other hand, has been dating her bf for almost a year now, and she says they talk about marriage at LEAST twice a week KSJDHFJKLASDHFJKSADFH I won't go into any more detail now as I pwomised I would try to keep this short! But yeah, I"ll have to vent to you about that sometime as it's proper ridiculous. lol bringin back the marriage rants hellllll yeaaaaaah!

Anyways! sorry to go on and on and on (USoE museref YEAH!) about mememememe, how are YOU!?!?! I want to hear evvvvverything! That's good you're still loving your job even though it's been taking over your life lately.....but getting all that responsibility must feel good! At least you know you're doing something right eh!? But other than work, you must tell me what else has been going on! Since it's been so long I feel completely out of touch with you, which I hate, and I want to know how everything from your sensitive little skin and your newly (or not so newly anymore) bafroom are doing! I'm all moved in! Have been for a few days now, I just haven't been able to spend much time on the interwebz lately there's been so much going on. And har har har at us slow Americans. I just got done with my first week of classes too, which I'm excited about! American Sign Language, Reading History, Global Politics, and Intro to Communication Differences and Disorders. Anyways, he left Thursday night to drive with his friends and that night I decided to hang out with one of my old guy friends from high school who was around. So I went over to his house and we watched TV and just caught up with each other and what's been going on all summer. So while I'm at my friend's house I text Scott to ask how the drive is going and everything and he says it's good and we cover basic info like that. Then he asks what I'm up to and I say I'm at my friend Bowman's house (we all just call him by his last name lol) and he just freaks out and starts asking why I'm over there, if it's just us 2, if we're drinking (wtf?!) and if I do drink if I'd stay there or drive home or what. Just DRILLING me with questions. SO I apologize to Bowman that this all started happening and head home early to talk to Scott because clearly texting just causes MORE problems than actually solves any, (duh steph!) and we have this big long talk on the phone and I just tell him I'm so upset that he feels like he has the right to tell me who I can and can't hang out with, guilt-trips me when I'm hanging out with someone "he hasn't met yet" while there are many of his friends I haven't met yet I don't care at all when he hangs out with them, and immediately gets all skeptical of me by assuming I'm getting drunk alone with this guy! It was just really frustrating, and disrespectful, imo, because he's always said he trusted me so much, but this was a prime example of him NOT trusting me. And it was a situation that was as harmless as me hanging out with my girl friends:rolleyes: So Idk, sorry that wasn't exactly a summary! But we've had a few more talks and have been getting things all sorted out and he knows that I won't put up with him trying to be controlling or putting me through guilt-trips when I know I haven't done anything wrong. So hopefully it'll all blow over soon and he'll realize that he doesn't need to be so over-protective 24/7. Especially since we're already long-distance he's just gonna need to tone down the seriousness a bit. Which is something I've talked to you about before, how I've felt he's a little bit more serious than I am about this relationship so it can cause some confusion and miscommunication at times. AH I keep rambling! SOZ MAI DEAR! I guess that's the latest on me and Scott....and I fully understand if you don't want to read or reply to that whole fiasco! It just felt good to be able to type some of it out and get it off my chest!

On to some lighter news! lol I bet you've seen HP by now but I REALLY liked it when I saw it! I thought it was the funniest one of them yet and it was super entertaining the whole time. AH just to make sure I don't spoil anything for you I'll refrain from talking into more detail about it until I know for sure you've seen it or not!

And my no-puke-plan for the rest of the summer has been going just brilliantly so far! I've been able to drink numerous more times now without ANY puke-age and I feel on top of the WORLD! haha but omg that sounds horrifying:stunned: I'd be scarred for life too if I saw that....it's one of those things where you just can't look away even though you know you'll regret it later because you'll have that image in your head for FOREVER. So I am realllllly tempted to go into a huge ramble of how I'm SO SORRY this reply is so late *again* But I know we've talked a million times about how we've both been way busy this summer and it's just been more difficult to chat as often as we used to *le sigh* but I really do miss you:( and I really am sorry I haven't been replying as quick as I usually do. I miss our chats, they always made me happy to know I've got a good friend on the other side of the pond:happy: To answer your questions from your last message though! Things are still going pretty well with me and my house/pet-sittings of the summer. It's my only source of income so I've been taking up as many jobs as I can, which def. forces me to be at anyone and everyone's beck and call. Almost like a 24/7 nanny or something. Except for more houses But I can't complain too much I guess, I really do love doing it. I'd pick this over a typical part-time job any day! But yeah when I have some free time in between jobs I drive to the cities, which is about an hour and a half away, to see Scott and some other friends that I made at school last fall/autumn lol. Plus, since I am going back to the U of M this autumn I've gotten an apartment with my friend, Holly, and 2 other girls so there's been a lot of shopping and planning for that whole deal. Exciting but very tiring! It makes me dread buying/owning a house because there seems to be SO many things you need every day that you don't even think about until you need it and it's not there! Ah growing up sucks sometimes..../whining!

You're right though, it is almost 7 months now...which is still somewhat weird for me. lol I wonder if I'll ever get over the idea of being in an actual long-term relationship. And was Transformers 2 good? I don't think I'll go see it in theaters, but I know some people who have and really liked it. I missed The Killers, so it was kinda "meh" it would've been cool to see them, mainly because I wanted to rock out to "Somebody Told Me" but all the other songs I can still live with myself for missing lol. But what gig did you end up going to? and ZOMG YOU GOT A TATTOO!?!?! You MUST show me pictures! Are those the only tattoos you have? Awww, HCM<3 now it'll be with you forever yaaaay! I sometimes entertain the thought of getting a tattoo. I'm pretty sure I would want it to be something Muse-related, but more subtle so only Muse fans would know what it is ya know? Not like the big bulky MUSE logo on my forehead or anything lol. I was thinking of waiting until The Resistance came out though in case there was cool artwork or a new fave song of mine. And even then, who knows if I'll even end up getting one I might just be too scared in the end:rolleyes: Well, looks like I haven't forgotten how to ramble on about meself now have I! Ahhh the failing begins already:p

But that does sound like you've had a rather hectic summer so far, too. But it's always fun catching up with some family right? That's so sad yet kinda cool that your sister was THERE when MJ died:stunned: Awww, I feel so bad for his kids too, who knows what's gonna happen to them. And you had tix to his tour? Ah that would've been so cool! Seeing him perform would've definitely been worth whatever the amount was that you had to pay! Do you still have the ticket or were you supposed to send it in for a refund? I'd almost just keep the ticket, kind of a keepsake now you could say. But RIP MJ:(
