    Now I've got to make the money. Airfare and the first two weeks are covered by my family, but after that it's out of my pocket.

    My family all lives on the North Island (Hamilton, Tauranga, and Waihi), but I'm considering doing the Kiwi Experience with an American mate of mine. Is that too touristy, or do other Kiwis do it too? It's been over a decade since I actually lived down there, and it will be another decade before I do again since I have to do uni in the states.

    Get to stay in New Zealand next winter for FOUR WEEKS this time, instead of the usual two that my dad can get off work. More independence = win + more time with family.

    That's so ossum. :awesome: I'm trying to win tickets on my local radio station 'cos they've been giving away a pair a day it seems, but even then I've got Flaming Lips and Klaxons within the same week, so eye dee kay if I would even be allowed to go. :confused:

    Two of the schools I'm applying to have automatic admission for people with a minimum GPA (that I have). :D

    International studies, journalism, or a language. If one of the first two, then definitely a language as a minor (or two). Absolutely love speaking in Spanish, get a career in translation and/or international relationships. Much love.

    I never even thought of that. Washington is basically cut in half by the Cascade Mountains. Everything on the east side is ostracised by the west, so it sort of like being far away... except I'm not interested in any schools there. ><

    The TV is his radio. My GPs can never get the video to work, just the audio. Then my cousins stop by and show them how to fix it, and they forget again as soon as they're gone. Bless 'em. Just think, by the time we reach that age we'll be like that with technology. "You have to tell the computer what? In my brain? How do I do that?"
