  1. Welcome to the Gigs and Tours area! This area is for you to discuss individual Muse gigs. Use the thread for your gig to exchange information about tickets, the venue, the setlist you'd like to hear, and post your experiences and pictures afterwards. Please always use Search before posting a new thread. A thread for the gig you want to talk about may have already been made. You can also search within the threads or use Muse Wiki for information on older gigs. Don't make threads requesting for the band to play a certain venue/area/country! The band/management DO NOT take requests when planning tour schedules. Of course we all want Muse to play in our country/town/front room, but if we have too many threads like this in this forum, people get confused... or unnecessarily excited! When a date is known, officially confirmed and posted in the Tours area of the website, you can start a thread about it here. If you'd like to speculate on where Muse might be playing next or perhaps ask if anyone knows about any tours possibly being planned in your region, please use this thread... or hassle them on Twitter. Thank you!

  10. OI OI geezaaah :)

I asked Dave about Salisbury and he said he doesn't do musics anymore but message Robb at http://www.myspace.com/winchestergatelive. :D Or there's probably a group for the Winny Gate on Facebook too, I will find it. x

  11. thanks hun. I'm always aching somewhere! I will get to the bottom of it!

  12. Aw man, the intolerance! I wish people would realise that gigs are big parties, not some sort of polite theatre production. "We ask the audience to remain seated until the interval"
  13. Yeah, I mean just saying "excuse me" and just slipping past people to move forward in the crowd is pretty much the norm, so I'd just do that if you end up behind a tall person. But I can't imagine actually saying to one person, "Can I stand in front of you please you lanky git?"
  14. I'd be really pissed off if someone asked me to move. Really. On the other hand, if there's a short-arse behind me who can't see anything and there's space in front of me with a good view, I will let them come in front of me. Common courtesy and manners. Blatantly asking someone to move out of your way when 9 times out of 10 there's nowhere to go will only cause beef, and/or make the person you asked to move feel paranoid about their size and feel guilty and ruin their enjoyment of the gig! Don't ask people to move. It's really not on.
  15. I don't really get this thing of having to see the stage clearly anyway, surely if you want to watch every nuance of the performance just get it on video? I've never tried to get to the barrier apart from the first few times I went to gigs and didn't quite get gigs (in those days there were very few people who queued for rock gigs anyway) but then I realised it's about dancing and letting yourself go and enjoying the live sound of your favourite band with like-minded people, not standing and watching like you would at a theatre. Since then I've never been bothered about seeing the stage. At at Earls Court I was RIGHT at the back dancing and could only see Matt's red suit as a blob in the distance, but it's still in my top ten gigs.
  16. NO LOL How dare you disagree with me :phu:

    You're awesome :D x

  17. HAHAHA thank you bb. Don't keep splittin', stick around and CHAT lol damnit. See you soon! x
