Vigo Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Just saw this on the main page. I think it's new. http://musesheetmusicdownloads.epartnershub.com/ Quite expensive though... More expensive than the songs! Someone already had a look at any of them?

More expensive than the songs! Someone already had a look at any of them? I'd assume they are the same as the books, which I have all of barring The Resistance.. in which case I'd say they are fairly good. They will certainly get you 90% of the way there to how Matt plays stuff live and if you watch videos etc etc on top of that you are sorted. (I basically taught myself guitar 7 years ago using the OOS tabbook )
Vigo Posted October 4, 2010 Author Posted October 4, 2010 Thanks, didn't even know there were books with tabs. Just had a look at the tabs, if you click on the songs you can have a preview... Well I thought it was something "official", but it's just something "approved by the band", not exactly the same.
Dominic. Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 does anyone have an accurate tab for MK Ultra yet? not the riffs, more to do with the chords in the chorus (and I'm not talking about just if it sounds right, I can sometimes be picky like that ><) EDIT: ooh NSC, and the KoC tab sheet looks a bit dodgy/messed up
rockstar83 Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 yea, idk. i already have the last 3 books (Absolution, BH&R, Resistance). Its nice to see Muscle Museum on there, but it would be really nice if they would just put the first three books back in print so i wouldnt have to spend a ridiculous amount of money on them on ebay. I havent taken that dive yet, but I really would like the first three. I guess this might be a beginning to an ebay alternative if they'd put some older stuff up.

(It will sound like my cover so if you think what I'm playing there is accurate then give me a shout)
james90 Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Which part of the chorus, I can tab them out for you. (It will sound like my cover so if you think what I'm playing there is accurate then give me a shout) the resistance tab book (which i bought from the official store) has it like this E B--3 G--2 D--3 A--1 D E B--1 G--2 D--2 A--3 D E B--2 G--2 D--2 A--4 D E--1 B--3 G--2 D--0 A D Can't remember what the other chords are - they're probably not correct anyway. How do you play it?

How do you play it? Which bit James? The breaking throooooooooooooooooough bit? It starts a lot higher up the fretboard.
james90 Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Which bit James? The breaking throooooooooooooooooough bit? It starts a lot higher up the fretboard. What I put there was the beginning of the chorus (about 1:02), but honestly I don't know anything other than the intro! (other than how it's in the tab book, which is clearly not how Matt plays it)
Don'tPostThePear Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Which bit James? The breaking throooooooooooooooooough bit? It starts a lot higher up the fretboard. E- B-6 G-7 D-7 A- E- isn't it starts out like this? then something liek B 5----4 G 6----5 D 7----5 And goes down till like B-3 G-3 D-3 then arpeggiates E--3--1--0 B--3--3--3 D--2--2--2 then riff and chirps and ends
matthijs Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 just go to microcuts.net and download the official tabbooks.
