    Other venues don't allow bottles of water so I'd lean on the negatory side. Either that or they make you take the lid off/have clear bottles.

    Someone emailed them yesterday and they clarified that it was all bags. You could probably try contacting them and get them to be more specific, but I feel like I don't want to chance that lest I end up losing my bag/passport.

    Okay so I'm being 100% crazy and going to this gig, as the coincidence is too much to turn down. I'm from Melbourne but in London on holiday at that time, so my plan is to get the Eurostar on Tuesday morning, line up from about 11/11:30am, stay in a random hostel that night and go back to London at 8:30am the next day. Quite terrified about doing this, so helpful advice/friends would be great!

    They were saying that the stage will be lower than most productions so that people in GA can see them better, so the stage would hopefully be as low as the diamond push-out was in the last tour (so roughly the height of the barrier)

    It points to a blog post by the band member that wrote this song, but even in the comments he said the intention of the post wasn't to cry plagiarism, it was to point out the Blurred Lines issue, but used a 'contentious' issue in the form of his own situation. He also said that he didn't know that the riff had been around since '99 and only said that the guitar/bass lines were similar, he said that the vocal melodies were entirely different.... so he kind of just called plagiarism on himself, really

    With the iTunes leak it would actually point to that, if the whole album is ready to pre-order... It might not be the track listing though, maybe just the number of tracks - some artists have only put up 'Track 1' etc. when it goes up for pre-order.

    I'd say the guy just noticed a heap of hits on his LinkedIn page and realized/perhaps Warner is really spying on us (although I doubt it). LinkedIn metrics are pretty visible, so I'd say he would have realized that the massive amount of profile views were us

    My friend and I both queued all day and had the same problem of sitting in line and putting our contacts in before someone picked up our stuff inconvenient, but yeah I wouldn't wear my glasses to a concert, I'd be too scared

    A few of us in Melbourne were told by some chick working in a cafe that her friend had cut the band's hair and Kate had been there... Safe to say their hair was the same length, but Guiding Light was played that night...

    I had a great time! All the waiting for the barrier was definitely worth it - at times it barely felt like an arena gig, they really pull you in and make it feel really intimate. And as an added bonus I scored a drumstick and a bass pick... Makes me all the more excited for tonight!
