Aww . Glad it's over with and I hope you don't have to take that airline again. I'm not surprised it is Canadian based. Air Canada is probably the biggest Canadian based airline but we've had bad experiences with them.

I know, it would've been really really bad. It is such a bad feeling! Well I got my mark back today, and so far it's my best and I'm really happy with it! I just need to get bio back now. Yeah we usually go to Silver Star, which is about a 6 or 7 hour drive from here, or we go to Sun Peaks which I think is a bit closer. I've never actually been to Whistler for skiing! I'm sure it would be great over the winter though. I think it's about the same in Canada. I could be totally off about that too

That would've been cool to see! Even though they lost. Apparently there was a movie that had an NFL game in it but the footage was of a CFL game. The Toronto Argonauts were in it. What a mix up though . That's great news! I'm sure there'll be more great players!

Quite the difference! I misread things too. I think it's January 2nd or 4th when we're back, but I don't really know . I should though! Nothing special, actually, except lots of dinners with family! We're not going anywhere this break and we're keeping it really low-key. Actually, it's because we decided that we're going to be going to Japan next summer!

It was okay... well, I was really tired for it. It was at 12:00, but I... actually... almost missed it; slept in until 11:30! I had set my alarm for 9:00 and woke up, but thought I could get a bit more time to sleep . Yeah, I'll never do that again! Anyways, the exam itself was challenging but I'm not too worried about it! Same with us, only ever once a year and for a few days, and we didn't go last year! We're not going this year either. That's great . As long as the skiing is good! That's okay! About how many people snowboard in comparison to ski in the States?

All of them have been going pretty well, thankfully. I don't know when it happened, but I was pretty happy when I noticed it (even if it was, well, defacing school property ). Bio was good too, overall! There were a few questions I had to make an educated guess on but it was good. And our teacher made everyone cookies for when we were done! Math was yesterday, and that was way easier than the midterms.

I've got just one more, physics, on Monday! Then freedom! Yeah I guess it makes sense teachers would want to do that. I'm so glad you're done for now though! That sounds like a lot of fun . So you ski? Or do you snowboard?

If there was one near you would you try to go?

I thought it was amazingly well done. Very dark and depressing, but I enjoyed it, it that's the right word to use. Really gets you thinking about human nature... actually I wonder if that's the point of the show, especially given the name "Black Mirror"

I watched episode two as well. All the different episodes must be short stories that are unrelated, because this didn't have anything to do with the first episode. I think they are all just meant to be thought-provoking!

I think my Chem exam went really well! I'm happy with how it went! Also - and I noticed this after I sat down - someone had written MUSE on the desk I wrote the exam on, so I think that was a good sign . At least it put me in a good mood for writing the exam! English was on Friday, and it went okay. I'm sure I'll pass . Next is Bio on Wednesday, which should be okay too.

In terms of break, really it's been a weird combination of both hard work and complete relaxation. In the days before an exam it's all intense studying and not leaving my room the entire day, and then after the exam, just totally chilling and reading comics and graphic novels, etc . How's your last bit of school going?

I also watched a few episodes of Psych, and I love it! I'm going to watch more episodes. I can definitely tell it was filmed in Vancouver . For one thing, I don't know if you remember but in the very first episode, there's that huge yellow/orange house that the really wealthy people, the McCallum family I think, had? Well I pass by that house sometimes and always think of how big it is . I think it's called Casa Mia. Also the outside of the police department is actually a hostel near a beach called Jericho Beach

The bird's eye views of "Vancouver" though are not of Vancouver; they must be the actual city Psych's based in.
