Eating problem is getting worse, getting scared easier, scared of people dying, stronger suicidal thoughts and I've got three massive spots on my head making me even more self concsious. OOoh! Today, I smiled for real because when I got on the bus, a girl a few years older than me at my school (who I didn't know) said to the person next to her, when staring at me "Isn't she really pretty?" Then they both kept looking at me It boosted my confidence for the day And I did my karate grading today with the grandmaster of karate and it's his last time ever in England officially! Now I'm only three belts to black!
