Ohh, but I did finally get my electronic drum kit last month! I've been desperate to buy one for ages, since I had to sell my acoustic kit when we remodelled the garage. Ahh, but it's Sooo fun! I played for ages today, despite the fact that I drove most of the house crazy . Only other exciting news for me is that I got a pay rise at work - woohoo- and we have an annual Bonus which I'll get at the end of the month, so I'm tres happy to have a tad more monies (I could def do with it!)

But enough about me - how's your job going? Last time we spoke you mentioned you were at an accounting firm - sounds snazzy haha! Hope it's going well.

Hehe thanks! To be honest, I haven't bought a CD/discography-based Muse item in a while... it just gets ridiculously expensive and I always end up paying too much.

I buy a lot of merch instead cos it's always at a fixed price, so I don't feel like I've been short-changed (although it's still quite pricey, lol!)

CD/vinyl etc collecting is about being reeeeeallly patient and striking in the hundredth second, as you say . It's just very tricky and annoying to do lol.

Yeah that happens to me loads after a gig. I'll remember all the details for a couple of weeks after, but when more than a month goes by, I don't remember exactly what it felt like when I was in the crowd. Thankfully there's always footage on YouTube or whatever if you want to relive it !

True. The old supplier (Trinity Street, I think) always seemed a bit on the small side, which is why I was buying mostly mediums in the Resistance era until I realised they changed and everything was a bit big . Oh well, as long as it's a great t-shirt and doesn't look ridiculous, I don't mind haha
