After about the first half of the concert I saw a guy, obviously a crew member, walking between the fence and the stage (where all those guards were). He had a backpack. On the backpack some holder was mounted, and on that holder was some device (dome shaped if I remember correctly, and it wasnt bigger than 10 cm ^3) that had at least 1 LED that was either beeping or always on (because of the shape of the holder, the device was just above his head). It's dome shaped and used to pick up background sounds from far away (most likely crowd sounds, like said above).
