I've really fallen in love with it. It has a ton of amps, and fewer effects, although you got what you need. The amp modeling is flawless in my opinion. So easy to bring to a gig, plug and play really. Also i use a voodo labs Ground Control Pro, its perfect. <3

Im using an avid eleven rack as my effect and amp processor and what that works for me is to start out with a clean amp, tune in some effect pedals and really just listen to the track. One thing worth mentioning is that on SMBH I use a high gain amp with a fuzz pedal with high sustain, and for the chorus I add an octave pedal, or just the 1oct harmony on the whammy.

If a man who is unfamilliar with matts guitars looks up info on the Cort and finds red and silver listed I would think that it is very plausible that new corts will be released #soon...

Update. The local guitar tech hasn´t had time to do anything on it yet but has manned himself up to start on the install tomorrow. Ill probably have the guitar tomorrow at some point! :D
-
Oh is that because it is newer? Haven't purchased yet so will probably wait a lil. Maybe until the tour to see what matt uses :roll eyes: #fanboy. Anyway, its a shame not more companies are producing wireless midi systems. Midi is getting bigger, and I hope to see line 6 create a G90 MIDI or something.
-
K, I guess ill go for the WIDI then. I wasn't really that sure about it because it had no antenna, and looked kind of scarce.

I wanted to add (pun intended) but it wouldnt let me :-(

You can send a mail to sweetwater or chat online with their techs, they tend to know loads about whats trending and whats good of wireless systems. I´ve bought loads of my gear from them. Hah clever use! I´ve used an old woolen sock to protect my battery pack from scratches, DIY style;)

Looks heavy duty, nice MUSE logo on the padding there as well, but I can't find any kits for sale at the moment, and I fear that the bandwidth it uses is illegal to occupy and will cause fuzz in my country like Crowella mentioned. And doesn't the Midistream use radio frequencies? I´ve heard the new wireless generation uses digital transmission, more stable and reliable, especially over long distances. Btw. Crowella, I´ve used the G50 system from line 6 with bass, and it worked just as well as with guitar.

Hi! I couldnt find any thread where wireless was the main topic so I decided to make a new one. It would be nice to know what wireless systems you guys use. I personally use the Line 6 G50 system for guitar and It has served me well for many years, although I want to upgrade to G90 for easier handling. But the thing is! I need a wireless midi system for my XY controller and also keyboard. What systems do you guys use or know of? I have read about the Panda Midibeam and it looks reliable, but unfortunately there are no video reviews or larger reviews. Any ideas?

Ye im happy so far u think its too fat? Will insert a pad into the ass tho

Haha! Wonder what will happen if i Email them xD

LOL, if D#GDbFA#F is in tune then yes otherwise no

Haha. Well, it was much lighter than the MA-2, but I think it is thinner. Anyway, the wood is supposed to be alder, also that is what I thought after seeing the first picture they sent. Anyway, it had great sustain and clarity, and sounds extremely close to the MA, I don't think I could hear any difference in a blind test. The playability was as expected when it comes to fretwork, but the neck itself feels great!
-
Hehe. I compared the neck to the MA, and it has a slight different profile. Would expect that though, but the MAs are also different compared to the original MBs. Anyway, the neck blew me away. It was stunning, and had the smooth and fluid feel of the MA. I wonder if the factory have access to one of the MB replicas or an MA. Just left the guitar with the tech, and he is going to check through the electronics, wire up the kill switch, and do some fine tuning on neck, frets, nut etc. He´ll be finished early next week, so I can't wait to try it! PS: Midi XY pad hasnt arrived yet. Will probably install it once it arrives.
