    Hahaha, someone has NinjaTofu? I've actually never had trouble using Tofu on Muse sites before, even though I only started registering on them since last December. :LOL: Got lucky, I guess. (wait, are you on MuseLive? I couldn't register for Tofu there iirc... I had to fall back on DarthTofu, and I never post there, it's just so I can download stuff :chuckle:)

    I used flv crunch. I'm sure there are also other things that can watch flv directly or convert, but that's what I did.

    cs3 also makes gifs, but older versions of photoshop don't and you have to use imageready which comes bundled with photoshop.

     

    Gimp also makes gifs, but never used it before.
