BHAR is fantastic! I always liked it. haha. But like I said, I was a casual fan when I listened to it, so I wasn't all hypersensitive about it. Actually, just two weeks ago I actually rediscovered the awesomeness of Resistance, and realized, holy hell these are fantastic songs. I'm getting chills from them, and they sound very Musey even if the genre changed. What is wrong with us?? (except.... Guiding Light.... still sucks, but not quite as much as we make it out to be I think. At least I don't skip it anymore. ehehe) But there isn't a bad Muse album yet. They're too musical to make one.

oh hey, lol, I'm still awake. I'm not actually going to bed until I listen through Glastonbury 2010 one more time. And you know what? The second time around, after reading all the complaining and moaning.... it sounds fantastic, and I honestly think it's the best gig of 2010 so far. They really put a lot into it, even if it wasn't exactly what we expected it to be or even what they said it was going to be.

Ah, yes, the confidence thing. I mentioned the confidence thing on Deviantart earlier today, actually. I mean, I can understand where they're coming from, but they do seem an awful lot happier playing covers. A break would be great, for everyone, as much as I don't want there to be one. Haha. For Muse to get themselves and their personal lives in order, and for us to be so starved from Muse that we all crave them and don't care what they throw at us anymore. And also for us to have the time and look back on the past year or two objectively. Right now we're just all caught up in the moment and overreact to everything I think.

Haha, the muser (love is) forever thing is so true. Definitely agree that being a Muser is more than loving only the music. It's why we are attracted of course, but in the days when I only knew about the music, I didn't care nearly as much as I do now and wouldn't really hesitate to move on to another band/obsession.

Muse really are so adorable in every way, even when they aren't, somehow. For example, the times I've said Matt's a twat, I really do mean that he is one sometimes, yet I can't help but love his very being. I mean, I love Muse so much I feel guilty because I don't think I love God as much and I dare call myself a good Christian. But there is something about Muse that really capture our hearts.

Ah yeah, I mean... Muse have definitely changed a LOT. I've liked Muse since 2003 but was very casual until about 2007 and even I can see that.... I'm watching Hullabaloo right now and actually getting kinda depressed that I will never see Muse like that for myself. But the negativity here IS a bit excessive. I think right now Muse have just gotten too comfortable with where they are and don't feel the need to work as hard. And I feel like they realize it to some extent as Matt said "we're due a failure soon" and Dom (?) said they're very lazy and don't rehearse enough... and they've been in Muse almost their entire existence so I'm sure it gets tiring, too. Plus they've got this huge reputation to keep up which I'm sure is a lot of pressure.

I don't know. I'm nowhere near the point of "falling out of love" with the band, but all the negativity does get to me. Also, Matt said Space Dementia's his favorite OoS song recently, so we still have hope. (but he also said he hates playing piano onstage. ahah....)

Aw, thanks. It's not so much that I don't dislike negativity (I actually dislike blind praise much more than negativity) but that it's just so pointless and too much effort to get bothered by it. And I wasn't kidding in that one thread about thriving on b33f. It's so entertaining, even if it's not my nature to troll myself.

You can use photobucket and just select the tiny option when you upload and it'll resize for you.

Just that this particular one was still too big when I tried that so I actually used Photoshop CS4... I think for older versions you have to use Imageready for gifs, but either way it works very well.
