  1. I used to be able to hit B6 in whistle. Then I recorded it and played it back.

    NEVER. AGAIN.

  2. Well that was from memory. Upon listening again, it sounds like it's between F# and G.

  3. I see everything. :ninja:

Also Spiral Static is his widest range w/ falsetto. A2-F#4(-G5).

  4. I saw that. Wasn't sure if serious. :p

  5. Oh right. Pretty sure that title belongs to USoE. Bb2 to Ab4.

  6. I still don't get it.

Is it meant to be their greatest range in one register?

  7. I dun geddit.

Just finished reading the Matt thread. Is the "best display of range" a bad joke or do they not realise how incorrect that is?

  8. Ah, I figured it was for nasal singers. Surprised to see Axl on that list then. I hate the guy, but he can sing.

  9. Yeah the CVI forum is a bit daunting at first, but to be fair most of the people there obviously haven't read the book.

As for that thread... wtf is this "noses" list? :stunned:

  10. Apparently I am! Also you should Google CVI forum and The Modern Vocalist forum, both are excellent resources with teachers and good singers posting regularly.

  11. Hahah. That's the main reason I like CVT, the terms are better and harder to dispute.

  12. Why didn't I know about this forum already? :facepalm:/:awesome:

  13. Not really, it's falsetto with a lot of twang, so it sounds like modal. Did you read the CVT book? It's what they call metal-like neutral.

    What's this forum?

  14. That's a fake belt.

  15. He's not that bad. Some nice overdrive in there. Not really my type of music though.

  16. Show me some impressive high notes. Preferably live.

  17. Well that's better than I can do. I'm impressed!

  18. Nice. How much of that range does he use regularly though? :p

  19. That's a full C#2.

  20. H8 is the one for me.

  21. Hahah, too hard to tell. There's a low F# there, but I think he may have shifted it down an octave.

  22. Yeah I noticed, the board's probably the most active it's been in months thanks to that thread

  23. Sorry babe. Not hatin'.

  24. You weren't joking about tall and thin! I'm 90 kg, and trying to get down to 80-85. You had me worried that I'd be prone to lung collapses, hahah.
