Not to mention that the body difference between an MA-EVO and MBC aren't that big at all. To use scottST's pic from the Manson thread.
How can you 'not stand' the EVO shape and love the MBC shape? It's just a pointy horn and the upper bulge is a bit smoother.

I misread your post as Cort MBC1 + upgrades or MA1, to which I would've responded the former for sure. I can't stand how the MA1 looks and the upgraded Cort would sound and look better anyway. What upgrades did you want for the MA1 though?
How would an upgraded MBC sound better than an upgraded MA1?

That doesn't say much.
Don't care, having a fun live stomper after 4 years is good enough for me.
The only thing I would've done different on that track is play something else before the octaves part, instead of a repetition of the riff.

It would've been a lot better if the first 'Dead Inside' wasn't there. The lyrical build up would be better, and the album would start with a pumping drum and bass section.

The fucking Muse spoofs represent everything wrong with this fanbase. Quoting the same stupid jokes from 10 fucking years ago isn't funny. I don't really get people's obsession with the guy.
Pretty sure that happens in every fanbase from a mainstream band really.

Just listened to the songs in the right order, the fact that they flow so nicely already makes it a fun listening experience. Mercy is a nice breather between Psycho and Reapers too.
Even though I'll probably end up liking BH&R more, this album is flowing much better from what I've heard.

The picking pattern at the end of the last chorus of Reapers is the same as Micro Cuts.

They really have been playing the same songs for too long. At least hope we are going to get Assassin and Hyper Music regularly, but we're stuck with all the singles again.

oh boy. well the studio version is slightly more tolerable than the live one, it's sharper and much more on point. also the bass is simply killer. it's still not a good song though, because of the issues mentioned before.that video though..
that drone following the dude everywhere felt like the police car from the Naked Gun intros the woman is just hilarious, the CIA stuff being actual lyrics is also hilarious, but the most epic thing ever is the HERE COME THE DRONES during the outro. :LOL: omg :LOL: -
I would much prefer Reapers/Mercy to be produced like that though. The production on the verse let it down which is annoying because live I actually prefer the verse to the chorus :/

Same, but it sounds more agressive than live (almost Industrial like)

They went the same way in the verses of Reaper as with the verses of New Born (studio), keep the distortion to accentuate the chorus and riff more.
It's all about that bassline anyway.

Holy shit, they weren't kidding about this track capturing their live sound. That outro is fucking amazing!
The production on the disorted guitar parts is agressive! Fits the song amazingly well.
