biggest disappointment of the album for me. That riff had so much potential.
what the actual fuck
I think watching the making of clip has spoilt it for me.
I've ended up from preferring Aftermath to this, and that was my least anticipated song.
-
Really? People are dicks.
I think I'm going to wait, because I'll never know which is right.
I found a Revolt link on YT to show my friend so we could have a laugh at it and then realised it was 17 seconds longer than the official version.
Definitely wait!

I really need to decide what I want to do about this... Too much pressure. Yes, or no...
Don't listen to the YouTube rips. Some of them have been slowed down/sped up
I would wait though. I wish I had!
-
As always we can pray for lord Wolstenholme! I don't know about you but I think the bass lines and sound/groove/feel is just superb on this album!
The redeeming qualities of this album are Chris' bass work and the tone of Matt's guitars sounding better than ever
-
Thanks for putting the time in to make that man
-
fantastic signature btw
EDIT: or tagline or whatever the fuck it is haha, Pigeons and Hawks
Ha I'm guessing tagline? I've never been one for bothering with signatures
-
So the pro shot tour videos?
Yep!! I want these
-
Biggest letdown ever
At least Exo-Genesis lived up to the hype
-
Has anyone counted the amount of 'drones' uttered in this album?
-
yep, itll always be: Opinions>Drones>TR>T2L
Haha I like that. Their first 4 albums are the only ones worth debating over
-
The Globalist is everything I expected it to be - three disparate chunks mushed messily together with bullshit grandiose lyrics.
This
-
Early indications:
OoS
Showbiz
Absolution
BHaR
Drones
TR
T2L
Don't expect that to ever change
-
For me the surprise song of the album is Aftermath, really like that one for some reason. Globalist is also ace
Aftermath is definitely the big surprise!
The Globalist isn't clicking with me yet. I'll be doing the edit that everyone seems to be doing (last third cut out)
-
I went with The Handler, although I like Reapers just as much!
Honourable mentions for Dead Inside, Defector and Aftermath.
Still not feeling The Globalist. Citizen Erased felt like one song, this feels like 3
-
Classic
By an hour too!! This hurts...
-
Edit: Best close this thread. JimmyNeutron beat me to it
Edit 2: or close his if this gets more love
-
Well, it was nice knowing you all.
Muse is over. No offense to anyone who still like them.
Ill just shut myself in my room and only listen to abso
I'm sort of feeling the same. But The Handler proves they are still capable of writing in that classic Muse style
-
Globalist has improved for me on 2nd listen. Still hate that last piano part...
I hope they don't regularly do it at gigs though because it's a waste of 10 minutes.
-
Aftermath is amazing. 3 minutes in.
Wait for it...
-
Big Freeze is better than Revolt...
NSC is better then Revolt...
This is worrying
I can see them never playing it live tbh, but we'll see
-
Fixed.
Perfect! Looks much better now, thanks
-
Right, I'm stepping off the hype train now.
It was a fun ride though guys. But I've got that feeling you get after you've had sex with someone pretty hot, but very disappointing in bed.
Take care folks
Much love x

So only me that thinks The Handler is a bit shit then?
You gave it a 7
In what world is a 7 "shit"?
