thefallofrome
Hey I just realized I never saved my pre-sale purchase emails for the east coast dates. Does anyone remember what website we purchased tickets from?

serpentsatellite
They never asked me for anything for my pre-sale tix except my ID. Probably better to not risk it, though.
halo eighteen
I took my printed email confirmation and the guy at the window took it, but I dunno if he would've actually asked for it. Theoretically all they really need is your ID to match with the name on the envelope/list that will already be there. I suppose if you had a really common name maybe you'd need other material, yeah? thefallofrome
Thanks for your help halo eighteen and SerpentSatellite. So pre sale people got physical tickets for the floor and not the paperless then I take it. Was there any special privileges for Muse pre-sale buyers like early entry or something? BornInUSOE
I have purchased my tickets at the pre-sale too, and I am wondering when at the day of the gig it is possible to pick them up. How many hours before doors open? How was it for you, guys?
halo eighteen
I had seats in the lower bowl, so I had physical tickets handed to me. I'm not really sure how it worked for people with the "paperless" floor tickets.. Will call opens at different times for different venues so there's no specific way to answer that one. Air Canada Centre ticket office opens at 9:30am per their website though so ideally that would be the earliest you could pick them up.
Seaking
It says that we have to bring the credit card we bought it with but surely ID and then the printed receipt will be enough right?
