Last week and the weekend flew by! I did a little hiking, went to an art festival and did a bit of writing and reading. Oh went swimming too. hehe. How about you? Did you end up going to that party? If so how was it? What else have you been up to?

Do you sew? Tote bag making sounds like a blast. I'm picturing it now. Making a kind of cubist tote bag in my mind. Why not, my mind seems a bit cubist at times.

Cut Up poems, they sound interesting. I kind of do that but I guess they are more intention collages with words phrases and images. I look forward to seeing a cut up poem or a few of yours.

I hear you! I have lived in Phoenix much longer than any other place, since I've been out of school. I have wanderlust. And It is kicking up its heels and pulling at the stakes right now. But I've learned how to tame it a bit *laugh*. Traveling and roadtrips help, as you said.

Though did you hear about those guys that died from drinking too much water? It was a frat challenge I think. Ha. In writing I generally write self actualization/life purpose things to help others. I do a bit of poetry and I've been told by supposed psychics that I am supposed to write some sort of fiction/spiritual stuff. I've heard this repeatedly but haven't even dabbled in it for years maybe because everyone says that is something they see me doing. Haha.

I know how you feel about San Diego, I was tired of my home town too even though it was a beach tourist town. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Now when I feel home sick I get on E-bay and find something from there and buy it. *laugh* Odd eh? Would probably feel the same about San Diego if I had lived there for a long time. I haven't been in the arena before, that area for me doesn't have a lot going on. There are so many other interesting things to check out. Like the Sub Base and Old Town with the most haunted house *grin* and the gaslight district, and all the cozy fun beach towns and bay area is pretty cool with its huge old ship you can tour...and hehehe i could go on and on!

I've been trying to find photos of the inside of the stadium and on the stadium website there are a few but they all have events going on so it's hard to get a good feel of what we are in for.
