ankhman Posted July 31, 2019 Share Posted July 31, 2019 (edited) Hi there, Ordered 3 fanclub presale tickets for O2 Arena 14/9. Just logged into my TM account and says 3 tickets have been cancelled. Had no cancellation email and the money definitely been taken from my card and no refund issued. Anyone had similar issue? Was on hold to TM for 55 mins so had to hang up. Cheers. WAS BECAUSE THE PRICE OF BOOKING FEES CAME DOWN BETWEEN THE PRESALE AND GENERAL SALE, SO THEY CANCELLED THE FIRST ORDER AND PUT A NEW ORDER THROUGH. I logged in this morning to see if the tickets were to be dispatched soon and saw the CANCELLED message. I pretty much had a panic attack.
