    Hi there, Ordered 3 fanclub presale tickets for O2 Arena 14/9. Just logged into my TM account and says 3 tickets have been cancelled. Had no cancellation email and the money definitely been taken from my card and no refund issued. Anyone had similar issue? Was on hold to TM for 55 mins so had to hang up. Cheers.
