My band "Inglorious Days" debut EP

Muse is one of my favorite bands so I thought I should post my band's EP for you to critique on

 

I am the singer and guitar player and my main influences are Muse, Biffy Clyro, Dream theater, Rush, Queens of the stone age etc. We recorded it in a professional studio over one week. Hope you enjoy it!

I like Dreamin' on the Edge and especially Hollow

I guess that song has the most Muse influence thanks! You really think the songs are that similar to each other? For me personally they have a certain style/sound but that is the sound of us playing

now that I listened to them again I do notice differences between songs

Thy Holy God is sweeeeeeeeeet. That breakdown has something weird going on, different time sig?

 

edit: Oooofff yeah, Thy Holy God is easily the best so far. Dreaming On The Edge is also good but does sound a lot like Biffy/Muse, whereas the others seem to have their own thing going on a bit more. Last two are definitely my faves though. Good job!

Yeah it switches between 7/8 and 8/8 yeah the last one is quite inspired by muse, glad you liked it!
