Right then, still a bit unsure on how I can make it to London that weekend, but I've decided to give it a shot tomorrow morning. Couldn't have gone for the presale anyway, as credit card stuff wasn't worked out at that point. Gonna be a hectic morning tomorrow

So my gf clicked stalls standing but somehow was given a seated ticket. Kinda sickened. Since it's paperless tickets I'm assuming I can't give them back for resale?
Check the paperless FAQs. It says that you can ask Ticketmaster to resell them and once they've resold them you'll get your money back.

I'd still err on the side of caution, since you're still accessing content which is not available in Germany due to copyright reasons, and doing anything like that in Germany is a very very bad idea.
Is it really? Never heard of it being that super serious. Anyway, I'd still be careful about that website due to viruses/adware...

It's the distortion on the mic that sounds very similar to the epic distortion he used in 2007 - god it's good to have it back.. I love that vocal distortion! How very awesome. He also brought it back on some other song recently, I don't quite remember which (Futurism?), but that was also fantastic. I'm just a sucker for vocal distortion.

When Matt introduces a song as "requested by our harcore fans" (there was an inflection on the "hardcore" ) that makes me think he knows people there don't know it...
Otherwise wouldn't he say "requested by you guys"? Or just "our fans"?
It's hard to clearly make it out, but to me it kinda sounds like he actually says "... by our hardcore fans down there", as in on the floor (
).Anywho, just skimmed through some of the votes, looks pretty well mixed actually.

It's gonna be interesting to see what comes of this and whether they'll do it again at the next gigs. Like someone mentioned above, I'm gonna wait on judging this until we have a setlist, but seriously, Drones Choir (Reprise)

There's too few of us active here to really get a good picture.
I felt in a lot of other communities, I bumped into more people who couldn't get tickets, especially ones that weren't part of a group buying for each other.
I agree with you on that to a certain extent (even though during the Psycho Tour there were more people active here due to the hype), but in my second sentence I wasn't talking exclusively about boardies, but rather the general impression I got.

The Mayan was the only one that flopped in regards to getting fans into the concert. Webster's problems were technical and even then people were generally happy. The European gigs the same. So many of the regulars here were able to attend.
This. I also got the feeling that a lot of boardies managed to get to the Psycho tour. Of course we're never gonna know what the exact demographics were, but in a whole it didn't seem too bad concerning hardcores getting in.

Man I'm excited for this gig, wish I could be there. To everyone going, have a brilliant time, take in all the atmosphere, should be a rather fantastic and special night
