mmm... if you're thinking 'nishe' wise, I think it could work as an interlude. Just needs good phrasing with drums/bass if you mean to do it in a full band setting.
Yeah. The drums were just intended as a temporary thing, thought acoustic taps would sound better than a Kaossilator preset I thought the little reverb slapbacks from it were kinda cool though.
I can imagine it done as a full band in my head so I guess that's a positive, if I want to play it in a live setting...

Fingerpickin' goood
When I came up with this I thought it could work well as an interlude but now I'm not so sure, seems a bit long for that

TOADA?
Yes to Bedroom Acoustics and Screenager, but Animals isn't too tricky unless you try and sing at the same time. Even then, a bit of practice and you'll be fine.
Animals' solos are pretty tricky I guess, so I'd put that there as well.
What about Micro Cuts? I find it quite difficult (except the outro riff)I guess the picking pattern for the verse is kinda hard to master...

You totally got it. Yeah it was influenced by Old Yellow Bricks:D The intro at least.
The riff is basically the same, but in a different key, that's a bit more than influenced...
Also, Vimanas' verse rhythm reminded me of Trumpet Or Tap by Biffy a bit but that could just be me. Same as Kueller though, not bad!
edit: I like Two Suns, slightly weird ethereal feel to it. Tune dat guitar though

Here are a few tunes I've written. I have almost 40 songs by now, most of them are post-punk/indie influenced, bands like Interpol, Arctic Monkeys, Foals, Joy Division, etc. And nowadays I've been working on some surf rock stuff too.
The Night Has Never Been So Bright
Writing songs became my new hobby.

here's a band cover of Unsustainable, just a little extract, but we gonna upload the full video on YT soon, so subscribe on our channel
hope you'll enjoy it.
Classy! That Dom's midi file?

Quality isn't very good here either but at least it doesn't clip much.
Fuck, everytime I hear this it makes me want to hear it live more.
So gooood. Imagine if this and Easily happened on the 20th anni tour..
-
There's a decent audio only video and a more distorted video one. And like a small clip of Earl's Court but quality isn't good on either end.
Which is the audio only one?
-
Is there a decent one of Glorious? I've seen all the ish quality vids but were there any proper good recordings?
-
If they do the 20th Anniversary gigs I imagine they'll just as nuts, if not more so
-
Actually that's an interesting idea, and it works. The only bit I'm not too keen on is Knights > Uprising and then encore, but oh well, what can you do.
Could have Knights before Starlight instead!
-
After Zepp, methinks 20th could be...
-
What's He Building? - Dead Star
- Micro Cuts
- Uno
- Fury
- Sunburn
- Space Dementia
- Hyper Music
- Stockholm Syndrome
- Agitated
- Showbiz
----------------- - Uprising
- Supermassive Black Hole
- Madness
- Time Is Running Out
- Plug In Baby
- Knights of Cydonia
- Starlight
- Survival
But I reckon the set would get rotated to fuckery, can't imagine them playing a longer one, so another night
-
What's He Building? - Dead Star
- Assassin
- Futurism
- Citizen Erased
- Apocalypse Please
- Hoodoo
- New Born
- Yes Please
- Bliss
----------------- - Supremacy
- Supermassive Black Hole
- Panic Station
- Map of the Problematique
- Hysteria
- Knights of Cydonia
- Starlight
- Survival
Yes one less, because of CE's length
edit: Wait, Madness and Panic Station are bound to be there somewhere... woops
editedit:
A set that's chronological?
FOR EXAMPLE
- Showbiz
- Uno
- Sunburn
- New Born
- Dead Star
- Micro Cuts
- Citizen Erased
- Apocalypse Please
- Time Is Running Out
- Fury
- Stockholm Syndrome
- Assassin
- Map of the Problematique
- Starlight
- Knights of Cydonia
- Uprising
----------------- - Supremacy
- Panic Station
- Survival
I suspect that'd never work but still...
-
-
Can actually see that happening now
-
Well done! Seeing as I'm a singer myself it's always nice to hear some decent vocals. Guitar was spot-on too.
Thank you muchly.
-
Remixed these two today as they had woeful original mixes Hopefully they're at least a tad better now.

Next tour or next year at the earliest.
Next year I reckon
-
CE will be back.
-
Since when was Fury actually confirmed to have been rehearsed?
Easily and In Your World were rehearsed in Copenhagen.wat
-
No no, those two won't be played again until those 20th ann. gigs.
O rly? I'm guessing you heard that from insider sources?
-
From Agitated and Yes Please.
Well I guess there is that, but Showbiz? If anything rare shows up I'd have thought it'd be one of those two..
Small indoor gig + Japan + 20th anniversary gigs next year.So you automatically assume Showbiz And everyone seems to keep forgetting that the 20th anniversary stuff might not even happen
-
Fabri, where has this Showbiz madness come from?
-
On average harder to play.
I guess, for licks and stuff. I reckon nylon acoustics are the best way to start though

So, first original with lyrics and vocals... albiet lacking drums and bass. I really struggle with getting a good distorted tone..
Comments would be muchas appreciated!
