I had an email last night saying my tickets have sold, but I still have 2 codes for the setlist vote. Reckon they will send them to the new buyers or should I give them to someone on here to use?

If it was just my tickets that went back on sale, it would've only been 2 and only available after I had to phone them 3 or so times, so you would've had to have been incredibly luckily to get them. Though I am sure many more people will be putting them back on the market so just keep an eye open!

My tickets are supposedly going back on sale on ticketmaster anytime within the next 3 working days for anyone still after a pair.

About to call ticketmaster about getting my tickets resold. Not sure if they'll do it instantly or not, so anyone still after some be prepared just in case

I've always been unlucky in terms of seeing dead star, always missed it by one or two gigs... Given that it's almost guaranteed for this gig I guess this situation isn't any different

Someone may need to back me up on this as im not 100% sure... but if you didn't buy cancellation protection on checkout then giving them up to Ticketmaster means you wont get a refund.

Shall do, looking at it phone lines are closed till tomorrow and I finish work at 12:30 so will give them a call around 1. Will keep you all updated.

Call Ticketmaster. As far as I know you can't transfer them but as they're paperless you can give them back to Ticketmaster who will then make them available for sale again. Then once they're sold, which considering the gig will be instantly, they'll refund you.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there's a chance I might not be able to make this now. Anyone have any idea how/if I can get a refund or transfer the tickets to one of you people?

Keep trying between now and the gig, I remember randomly checking for tickets for the Exeter gig in 2015 the day before and somehow managed to get 2.

Confirmation email (and the transaction on ticketmaster) said we had stalls, but on the order confirmation page on ticketmaster it says level 3? Idm because it's better than nothing, just odd!
